You arrive at this dollar long before closing and from the moment you enter the cashiers and the manager or supervisor make you feel bad, announcing in a bad way that closing will be very soon, the girl at the cashier did not know how to make a transaction and then when the manager He explained that everything should happen again since it was almost closing time and he commented that the next day they would call his attention. Is that professional ethics? I don't think they give good service

Stay away from this damn store almost all of the employees are stupid ignorant women that don’t speak any English & were being discriminatory & bad mouthing a young lady ( & fellow employee that speaks English & is actually competent ) for no good reason - even by Little Havana standards this store absolutely SUCKS !!! (( I had to give it 1 star because I couldn’t post review but it deserves negative 5 stars

Good 1.25$ store for cleaning supplies, personal hygiene like mouth wash, party supplies and some other things. Helps a lot in general. 5$ items a bit over priced though.

I went looking for a big box. Cahier told me was fine to take the box that I found. This guy Joe came from the street running to take box away from me, saying that he need it, he work there, "I'm like sir, the cashier told me I could take it". Nope doesnt matter, dont care I need this box. He took it to the back. Bad experience for a regular client.

Unfortunately, I go to this dollar tree sometimes with my mom and it leaves me disappointed every time. The service lacks basic manners, and the employees seem disinterested and treat you like trash. The bad looks and their slow pace is terrible. On top of this, the issue I faced about the bathroom is a basic human right. They give a story of a “lost” key a few times that I've been there. That someone left the door locked and how they couldn't find the key... When my mom told the employee and manager they were cackling about it! My mom said if I got a urinary infection it would be their fault. They were unprofessional, and unorganized and they shouldn't be laughing about that. The shopping experience was terrible. I don't recommend this dollar tree at all unless you want to be treated like you're trash. The company should look for better employees that actually care about what they're working on . At least to say hi. While we bought what we needed, this dollar tree needs better customer service. We will never shop there again.

Unfortunately I didn’t get the chance to take photos however this was one of the most dirtiest places I’ve been too. Merchandise all over the floor and several empty shelves. If you’re looking to go to a dollar store avoid this one. It ruins the shopping experience and they need to be reminded that cleanliness is necessary at any store.

Unfortunately, the cashier who helped me today did not even answer the greeting in Spanish or English, they are people who are not very friendly to the customer and when they are in the lines where the products are, you ask them something and they answer under their breath and a lot of phone calls.

Women Cashiers are miserable looking. Rude. They don't talk at all. Weird people. Mostly go there when my kids ask me to. I can't put up with spending my hard earned money, being nice and then being treated so rudely. Very trashy too and dirty. I try to avoid going here at all costs.
