If I can give zero star, I would do it. I purchased a drone two days ago, during these two days the remote overheated badly which resulted on one of the legs broken. I brought the drone to the store and because they couldn't replicate the issue, they refuses to replaced it. At some point I asked the manager if they can repair it on the same day as I needed the drone ASAP. He said "hold on" he went to the back of the store, at the same time I said to my husband "This store is not providing a good service, I don't like the way we've been treated". When the manager (Harold R.) returned to us, he literally retaliated because the opinion I issued. He said "Oh you don't like the service we provided here?" and I said, "No, I don't". And he inmediately said, "Well, no, we can't repair it".
This is the way customers are treated in this store. Your business is NOT welcome here, just your money and in the event you have a situation, guest what? The manager won't care AND they won't recogize the DJI Headquarters in case you speak to them. NO, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE.

Good afternoon!
MY experience was 100% positive, I was traveling 2 weeks ago through Miami and I found the place by searching the web. When I went one day, Sunday, I had my doubts but they treated me very well, they advised me and even recommended that I not buy an accessory since the other product I was buying had it included.
I will definitely return to continue seeing new products.
Purchased product: DJI Mini 4 Pro Fly More Combo Plus (DJI RC 2)

I took the drone for repair, the employees were indifferent, they did not care, they did not look at the problem of the drone, they wanted me to send it to DJI service, I do not recommend it to anyone

I came to the store to upgrade my drone, I left the store because 2 sellers were not able to give me any information. Absolutely no interest to sell me anything or give me some customer experience

I went here looking for a quick release plate for my DJI RS3 Pro and had a horrible experience.
Attendant was was very rude saying they didn't sell it separately and as I was speaking on the phone with my co-worker deciding if we should just buy a new stabilizer as it was an emergency and we had a production that day, she kept following me while I walk around the store.
I felt extremely uncomfortable so decided to leave, the more I approached the door, the more she would get closer to me as if I was gonna steal something.
Ended up going to Best Buy to buy a new gimbal.
Never coming back here.

I made a visit to the store with the intention of seeking guidance for a gadget that I recently acquired, and I must say, the assistance provided by Nick and Luis was truly remarkable.
They displayed exceptional kindness and went above and beyond to assist me. As a result, I decided to purchase some additional accessories. Although I have not yet opened the package, I am hopeful that I will not encounter any issues that would require me to return them.
In conclusion, my overall experience was outstanding, and I wholeheartedly recommend their services, particularly for individuals who may not possess an extensive knowledge of technology, such as myself.

Everything is a bad experience: the sellers are always angry, it seems that they don't like you asking them... I saw on the internet that they had the recording kit and when I went to the store they didn't have it; and when I asked when it would arrive, the seller showed his annoyance…Furthermore, he only wanted to sell me a repaired piece of equipment….On the other hand, I started receiving emails from DJI when I never subscribed or gave my email to anyone... I dislike the attitude of the representatives and how invasive they are with customers
