Colour Parlor gave me a total price and then when the job was done they added an additional $119. I complied and paid the original price and told them I would pay them as soon as I could for the additional $119 to give about 2 wks. In which I did pay them exactly 2 wks later as I promised. Mind you they pulled the money out of my credit card without me authorizing. Be weary giving them ur debit or credit. Moreover after I made the second payment they left me a message saying we can no longer get service from them better luck somewhere else!!! I was like I cant believe this! Should of known better and never paid the additional $119 I feel scammed! Im terrified because they have my card information!

Super nice salon, everyone is super friendly. Great environment and relaxed. I had a bayalage by Christian. Overhauled my hair, which of was in need of TLC. The attention I received, made me feel beyond special. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy. Knew exactly what my hair needed. My hair is beyond incredible. I'm beyond grateful and happy with my new summer look. Highly recommend this salon. Christian is amazing.

If you want the best in color the Follicle Fairy Michelle and her stylist are the best!!! Want amazing gel x nails book with Arlet or Alejandra. Michelle has been slowly mixing in my gray hair and it looks amazing. Today i witnessed one of her stylist explain to a client what would happen if they did what she wanted. They spent over 30 minutes discussing hair pigmentation and that she would not be happy with the results. They rather loose $ then do something they know is not going to make the client happy. Been going to Michelle for 4 years now. Trust her ?

I got a 90s haircut and blowout done with Cristian and he was truly exceptional! I live out of state and traveled specifically to Miami because I followed Cristian's work and was so confident that he would give me exactly what I was looking for. He has such great energy and made me feel so at ease with my experience. I came in with several visions in mind for what I wanted but was unsure what would compliment me best given that I have very fine hair. Cristian took his time and broke it all down for me with technical explanations that helped me decide on a cut type and better understand hair color theory. I left feeling so thankful because my hair has so much more volume and personality now and I have my go-to hairdresser now!

I’ve been to Colour Parlor several times. Prices are reasonable for a higher scale salon with an alternative vibe. They always remember me even though I only go once a year. I’ve gotten everything done from traditional cut and color, a curly cut, fantasy color and nail art every service has been great.

Absolutely loved the service here. My nails were so damaged and the nail tech that helped me made them look and feel completely different! Cant wait for my next appointment!!

Worst communication ever. They quoted my partner $65 multiple times during our appointment phone call and then when we got to the salon they said actually what we wanted would be $230. They gave us both deep conditioning treatments at $50 each without us asking. They charge extra to use a blow dryer for christ's sake. The only person worth anything there was the lovely manicurist who offered to remove my gel nails while my hair dye was settling. The prices listed on their "menu" are misleading at best and entirely wrong at worst. I came here because supposedly they're one of the only salons in Miami who cut curly hair but they won't even diffuse or finger coil your hair without charging extra. Altogether a wholly unprofessional experience and while the staff is all very nice and queer friendly I don't think I'll ever come here again.

Recommend Michelle and her staff for nails and hair. My wife Carmen has been using Michelle until we moved to Georgia. Came down for a visit and Michelle did wonders on her hair. If she knows what you want is not going to work, she will tell you no even if it means loosing a client. She loves the way Michelle knows how to make her hair look great. Going back to Georgia with a happy wife.

personally i love this salon! its absolutely gorgeous and incredibly clean. i go in every couple of months for a touch up on my red split dye and a cut to freshen up my hair! the stylists there are incredibly kind and work WITH you to help you achieve your hair goals ! Along with helping you achieve your hair goals , they also teach you and recommend the best ways to keep your hair in its healthiest and most beautiful state. My stylist Jorge is amazing, very kind and very understandin. constantly communicating with you to understand what you want and whats needed for your hair! Ive learned how to maintain my hair and keep it healthy, especially how to help maintain my curls and keep them in good shape on my day to day. It's definitely a salon i feel comfortable and safe in, not something i can say for every salon ive visited in the past. With beyond great service and incredibly talented staff, this salon is worth the time and money spent to help you look and feel your best! Definitely recommend to others :)

Soraya gave me the exact cut I requested! She is so friendly and really listens to what you want. She takes her time and is an expert in her craft. I’m very happy with my haircut. 100% recommend Colour Parlor!!
