UPDATE: Recently I wrote a review detailing the issues I had with the product I ordered from Discount mugs. I promptly received an email from a supervisor who requested photographs of the product, which I complied. After a short review the supervisor contacted me and advised that they would be replacing roughly 50% of the merchandise at no cost to my organization. Thank you for making it right and doing s in such a swift manner.

My initial delivery of custom stadium cups was not satisfactory. The printing was excellent, but the cups themselves were scratched and marked up. I was swiftly contacted and they were so apologetic, and offered my choice of a full refund or redo of the order. Excellent customer service!!!!

We ordered clips for our nonprofit and was super disappointed when we received them due to the image and wording being super small. I expressed my opinion on the website review and Mark reached out to me within 24 hours. Mark offered to make the situation right. He responded timely and quickly to all my emails. Our new magnets are on the way and I'm so excited. Would definitely order again.

I hardly ever leave bad reviews, but this one really got to me! Order was placed 2 weeks ago with a delivery date of 7/13.(for a 50th birthday party at the end of the month- these items are important!) Item did not arrive and website continued to show that it was in process. I called to check in and was told that the item could not be printed due to an issue and that there was no other item that would work with the art I was using. My issue is that NO ONE let me know and now I am having to pay another company an expedited fee to get the same item. If they had just communicated with me things could have been much better.As a side note of annoyance, I was hung up on twice while trying to find out what was going on and even though they ask for a call back number, no one called back. The agent on the phone was pleasant enough but just sounded like she was reading a script and had no suggestions or way to help me. The online chat disconnected as well.I ended up placing the order with Custom Ink and have already had a pleasant conversation with a very helpful employee. Even though I am having to pay more due to Discount Mugs error, I appreciate the service Custom Ink is offering.UPDATE: I appreciate that Discount Mugs reached out. I will not use there services again do to this major error, but I do respect that they took the time to communicate. Just wish it had been on the front end, and not after the incident.

My order was supposed to arrive on July 7th, it has not even been shipped yet. Their response was that the estimated shipping date is only an estimate, which is understandable but for it to be late and speaking to a representative telling them that this was for a youth camp event happening this Friday. I am high disappointed that I might have to fly to Miami to pick up my package so I can have my even go as planned on July 14th in the morning. I am a professional athlete and was recommended to use discount mugs but after this experience I’m not sure anymore. Ordering from them was extremely stressful and I would NOT recommend them.

Would highly recommend going elsewhere with your business, I placed an order on 5/23 and it’s “been in production” since 5/31. I was given an estimated date of 6/2 delivery. I have called 4 times and get the same response, “they’re going to email the production team”. My order was well over $2,000 and I’m still waiting….

My first experience was quite negative and the initial response from customer service was terrible…then I met Mark Genesis. He reached out, accepted responsibility and corrected the mistakes to the best of his ability. He communicated with me along the way and acknowledged the previous poor responses without passing blame. He fixed the first product that was poorly produced and sent me photos of the actual remake before they were mass produced and sent out! Take a look at the before and after pics! THANK YOU GENESIS! I’ll be a returning customer solely because of your exceptional service and communication.

My order was supposed to arrive on May 3rd, it was not even shipped until May 10th. Their response was that the estimated shipping date is only an estimate, which is understandable but 2 weeks late is just unacceptable. Also, the color I needed was not available and they did not inform me of this until the day after I should have actually received the order. This was for an event. Ordering from them was extremely stressful and I would NOT recommend them.

I paid extra for "Guaranteed Delivery" next day.After paying, my order said "Delivery guaranteed" on my date. (Next Business day). Two days later the date was changed to the following day. I called customer service, and was told the problem was the time it took for me to approve my art. I verified that I approved my art TWO MINUTES after the art proof request was sent to me.Then I was told "Well, we tried our best". It is now the day PAST the date I paid extra for product delivery. They still do not even show a label printed for the delivery.No Product.No Service.No Help.Upon further calls I was told that if I return the product (if I ever get it) I might qualify for a refund.A refund does not benefit me.Honoring your company guarantee benefits me.Needless to say, I will be actively letting people know NOT to trust or do business with this site.
