Wish they had a negative scale for them. The customer service here from Carlos, who leads everyone to believe he is the owner, is terrible. He is a total ....a well you know, not to mention the Venezuelan lady there, that is just as rude. There hours are suppose to be till 5 pm but you show up 15 or 20 minutes before and they are closed or closing. Will not serve you even if your inside the show room. I went inside with a tank because one of the employees had the main door closed and told me to please take it inside so that he could get me the tank. When inside Carlos told me that he was the employees Boss and he told him what to do, that I could not come inside very rudely. The employee wanted to get me the Oxygen tank and Carlos did not let him just to spote me. I have an account there and spent alot of money there and planned to spend alot more but no more. I have explained to Carlos that I get off at 4:15and run over there to get stuff. Also took him two torchs to fix which they had for over a week and the wanted $500 to fix. I got a place to fix 3 for $283.00. The prices there are crazy but unfortunately its the closest place. Once they didn't charge me for a tank of tri-mix and they called me days later to let me know and I went in to pay them but a few days later when they over charged me it was a pain and Hassel to have them refund me. I do not recommend this place. Do not spend your money there! They have no customer service and no knowledge of anything. One day, I took a bottle with CO2 to get Argon and they wanted to fill that CO2 BOTTLE with Argon thus contaminating the gas. I tell you I am so upset with this place.

Great place, good prices, excellent service. They have the biggest inventory of welding supply, machines, and accessories in all of Miami. They also carry welding gases and deliver throughout South Florida.

I went in to fill my 80 gallon tank with argon the guy that fills the tank filled it with 75/25. After speeding a lot of money in welding wire and gas and being in there system the sales guy tells me that the transaction is not on file so I have to pay for the gas again. what bugs me was the arrogant tone of this guy telling me you have to pay for it again. I will not be buying from this place. too many welding supply stores to choose from in miami.do your self a favor and spend your hard earned money else where.

I don't even weld. I go here to get my CO2 tank for my at home draft system. They treat me like a king!

Used to go every week for consumables, prices are good. Last week they sold me the wrong part for my tig and then refused to take it back. I'm not going to argue with them, just gonna take my business elsewhere.
