“So well organized and very friendly. Went in there looking for a charger because the one I had in car had stopped working earlier today. They were short staffed I only saw two ladies in the store. One being a cashier and the other one walking on the floor. They were both very nice help me out what I was looking for and what I wasn't looking for. “Absolutely fantastic store for casual dressing, comfortable sneakers shoes little household items everything for the house in small sizes. I only had one issue which was the checkout counter, no signs more than confusing and the two people that run that store or the security could not be more helpful, impeccable manners and a willingness to help you on the other hand I have never experienced rudeness like I did with it to cashiers yelling at me then I was in the wrong place standing the simple answer to this putting up large signs where it tells you where the line starts in one big sign. It would be very helpful and it would eliminate embarrassment and humiliation to the first-time customers. These gals in the front check out need a little retraining.”

She is so approachable & understanding of an inconvenience to her customers (that is if you address her like a human instead of an enraged animal of course). Unfortunately there are still other Family Dollar employees who are unpleasant & make the customers feel as if they're a burden whenever we request their assistance. However, I believe having a team leader like Ms. Sharmita will help improve the employee customer dynamic if her employees choose to view her as an exemplary role model.Thank you Sharmita for always assisting me as well as others with respect & understanding... even when you have a significant amount of inventory to unbox & distribute.
