This store was so unwelcoming! I picked up a sandle to look at the shoe and was basically yelled at to not touch the shoe and put it back! What?? Why?? My daughter took a pic of a different shoe and she was also reprimanded! The service was terrible!I have been to several other Dior boutiques including 30 Avenue Montaigne … Miami had the absolute worst customer service!

The whole shopping experience in this store is unpleasant, the sales associates are distracted and extremely rude to customers. I purchased several items at the Dior store in Dallas and they are not like this, horrible customer service that makes you want to leave and never step foot in there again. Either order online or go elsewhere to avoid disappointment

From the moment we stepped into the DIOR boutique, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of elegance and sophistication. The store’s sleek, modern design, combined with classic Dior elements, sets the perfect backdrop for an exceptional shopping experience.Upon entering, we were warmly greeted by the staff, who offered us a glass of champagne and made us feel instantly welcome. Their knowledge of the brand and its rich history was impressive, and they provided insightful recommendations tailored to our preferences. The boutique’s layout is thoughtfully designed, making it easy to navigate through different sections. Each area showcases DIOR’s exquisite collections, from haute couture to ready-to-wear, accessories, and perfumes. We were particularly impressed by the display of the latest seasonal pieces, which were beautifully arranged and highlighted the craftsmanship and attention to detail that DIOR is renowned for.One of the highlights of our visit was the private fitting room experience. The luxurious fitting rooms offered a serene and private space to try on the pieces. The personalized service, combined with the high-quality mirrors and lighting, made the experience feel exclusive and indulgent.Another notable aspect was the art installations and décor, which added an artistic flair to the boutique. The blend of contemporary art with classic Dior motifs created an immersive environment that was both visually stunning and inspiring. In addition to the clothing and accessories, the fragrance section was a sensory delight. The staff guided us through the various scents, providing samples and explaining the unique notes and compositions of each perfume. It was a perfect blend of education and indulgence. Our experience at DIOR was nothing short of extraordinary. The impeccable service, luxurious ambiance, and exceptional products made it a memorable visit. Whether you're a long-time DIOR enthusiast or new to the brand, this boutique is a must-visit destination for anyone seeking luxury and elegance in the heart of Miami. Our visit to DIOR was an unparalleled luxury shopping experience that we highly recommend.

A place that is not worth the detour for a brand like Dior! Nothing warm…

overall, 3 out of 5 + friendly stuff, good manager, nice atmosphere - overpriced food and drinks, small menu, simple decor * matcha tea latte costed 19$. the most expensive one that i've got, and the worst that i've tasted. it was impossible to drink - too strong, absolutely horrific taste. i would give this place 1/5, if not a kind manager, who decided to remove this drink from a check * almond croissant was okay; yet as you can see on the picture, it was more of almond crumbs. quite delicious, but nothing spectacular * nice, simple decor. open roof, which is perfect for miami weather. but i expected something more beautiful, unusual. i mean.. it's dior, right? i'm sure they could've worked on design much better definitely not the place where i would like to return. i guess it's fine to visit it once, simply for the experience, but nothing special about this cafe, so i don't recommend spending your time and money here

I've been wanting to visit the cafe for some time now and finally went for my birthday this past Saturday. We were a party of 4, and upon arrival at noon, we were told that the wait time was 30 minutes to an hour. You may want to ask to look around the store for that time, as we got extremely flushed just walking around waiting to get in from the Miami heat. When we got in, zero photo opportunities. Bouncers everywhere like someone was going to steal something. The paper mache type lion that is typically around the Dior sign had been shipped off to corporate for a "refresher," so you pretty much just had the 4 letter cardboard cutouts. The frozen coffee that's supposed to come in a champagne flute now comes in a large desert glass cup. No CD logo in any of the drinks cause they were advertising their STAR logo and all drinks just had a star. When asked about the quality of the coffees that each of us had, I described them as chocolate milk shakes and melted chocolate ice creams. One of our friends said the cappuccino was just average. We paid $105 for 4 coffees. At $25 a pop for non alcoholic coffees, this was highway robbery for a place that no longer has any photo props. Major tourist trap. Avoid at all costs! We wound up going elsewhere for brunch cause we knew we'd get a better bang for our buck.

Delicious coffee and beautiful outdoor seating. There are few enough chairs that the service is very quick. Our waitress was super nice. Today was a perfect day for it - the weather was so nice!

It is pretty here, but the prices are outrageous. I spent $75 on two drinks. they tasted like any other drinks.

I was there last December 27 and Mateo helped me find just what I needed, he was very kind and patient with me. It took me a long time to choose the color, however at no time did I feel pressured. Thanks Mateo, see you next time

I went to Dior with a group of 5. Small little roof top patio. Need to walk to the back of the downstairs elevator to up. Greeted by a friendly host. I ordered the Frappuccino. Kinda chocolatey and mocha ish, milky. Drinks were very basic; $20 something for the drinks there. I also tried the tuna tartare with avocado mash and some thin flat bread with some yuzu ponzu soy sauce ($50 kinda expensive for the cheap quality of tuna). Employees were nice and helpful. This was a one time experience kinda thing.
