The worst service i have experienced in years. Don’t bother to speak with customer service, they are useless. TWO DAYS waiting for a delivery and today, Friday, they used a FALSE STATEMENT for not delivering my package : “We tried to deliver DHL Express xxxxx from xxxx today but no one was home”. Customer service did not help any and I reached out to them twice. Asked to speak with a Supervisor, and I was told it was not possible and that he will call me. That they now will try to deliver on Monday. I needed this package today! Initially it was stated in the tracking that the delivery was going to be yesterday “.

This facility has held my package for an entire month with no explanation. When I call I get a message saying they are dealing with the holiday surplus of packages and appreciate my patience. I have been bounced from agent to agent trying to figure out where my package is and why it's taking so long. This was a Christmas present and it is now January 8th. I ordered this gift in November. I would not recommend using DHL shipping if you can avoid it.

this is by far the worst carrier company??tracking has not updated in SEVERAL days!!! it doesnt get past this location at all, and it already surpassed my estimated delivery date. I even paid extra online for express shipping only to come as normal shipping's delivery date. how disgusting and I hope this clmpany gets out of business soon, this is dissapointing to millions of others.

Worst customer service ever called and asked for a supervisor and was hung up on 3 times. They shipped a pet for us and now it’s lost somewhere and they won’t help at all
