This is my favorite clothing brand and my favorite store, on Lincoln Road in Miami. It’s always important to me to have trustworthy help and feedback from the staff, and the two guys who have been helping me in this store, Charles and Carlos, are both amazing. I found and picked a lot of favorite pieces with their help. Highly recommend the store for a great shopping experience with those two! ( the lady who works there i have had no personal interaction with although she seems nice).

I always purchase Desigual in Europe when I’m on vacation. Never had any issues and great service. I ordered a few things online here in the US. They have bad sizing conversions here. I wanted to return an item but no customer service. Nobody picks up the phone from online store number nor they call back as promised. The emails look like a AI computer sent me because they weren’t even on topic to what I wrote or didn’t even look at the images I sent by email. So I called this store if someone can get me help or a number that I can reach to figure this out because I’m not driving 3h one way to return a pair of pants. Not only I couldn’t understand her bad English, but she said to wait she’ll be back and hung up the phone after a minute. When I tried to call back right away nobody picked it up even after a few called- ignored me. Ridiculous service.

Great service from the manager and female sales associate I forgot her name but she was very nice/helpful to me and my mom. We were visiting from out of town came in the shore 11/10 & 11/11 and made nice purchases. We appreciate the great service.

I am very grateful for Desigual’s staff excellent customer service and care for their customers. They are very attentive to details and made my shopping experience seamless from start to finish. They helped me pick out the best gift for a close friend and made sure it was in my hands right on time. The store owners must be so happy with the staff they have hired, I can’t wait to shop here very soon! Shout out to rose and the entire team, have a fabulous weekend!

I recently visited the Lincoln road store because I saw the new Mickey Mouse collection online. I called to see if they had my size and I was so happy they did. I spoke with Rosie and she was so friendly and helpful and offered to hold the jacket. Later that day I went I. To pick up the jacket and again I was greeted with friendly smiles and Rosie was happy to help showing me around the store and all the cool purses that had come in. I rarely write reviews but I really thought she went out of her way to provide a happy and fun shopping experience for me. I will definitely be returning soon! Thanks for all your help Rosie!
