Very helpful with quote and comparison to what was my current insurance, where I was very unhappy for several major reasons. Clear discounts that I qualified for were presented upfront. I didn't have to do a thing to cancel my old insurer and start fresh with better service and at a better price! I hope to continue finally having a trusting relationship with my insurer, that's a great feeling.

Very bad company, I feel that the whole process I had with them was a scam, they changed my insurance without notifying me, supposedly the payments were not made while I had the bank confirmations, very bad service, they tell you that they are going to call you and If you're waiting, I've already notified the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. I feel robbed they even made digital signatures for me.

Big on sales, terrible on accuracy. Thay cant spell, cant take info over the phone correctly, and dont fix the problems when i call them back. If the info isnt correct, do you think the claims will be settled right? So i switched agencies. Much better.
