I LOVE DCFCU, I’ve only been a member less than 1year and I have received a new car / no money down, a loan and many credit card offers. I’m so appreciative of the employees that work there they really put in the work and help you in every way possible. It just warms my heart how professional Dairelys Hernandez and Kevin Victor was there to help and they did just that explained every step I need to take. Cindy the branch manager, you are truly the definition of exceptional customer service. I usually don't write reviews but the service was on point. 5 stars. So after countless calls and being misinformed, I came across Cindy at the Southland branch an OH BOY was she on point. Cindy really went above and beyond the call of duty. She helped me with all my questions, got all my issues resolved and because of her exceptional service, I will continue being a client. Cindy was very informative and to be honest ... you can tell she really care about her customers. Cindy, thank you for your time, attention and patience to help me with all my inquiries today.

Teller does not have enough PENS for customers. After being denied a return on an over draft fee I covered literally the same day. I never overdrafted except for one time accidently, but covered it.This one pen for all customers issue takes the cake…. What’s the point of your monthly fees, your security fees, your mail fees, your overdraft fees that you charge every single customer if you cant supply PENS?Also, this bank is the ONLY bank to not release all funds on deposited checks for TWO weeks. I mean really guys? Come on, either step up and be customer friendly or just close up shop.

The South Branch, near South Land Mall is phenomenal. They assisted us in the most exceptional way. Jamecia and Alexis were extremely helpful, attentive knowledgeable and they actually follow- up with us. I couldn't have asked for better service. This bank had many benefits I never knew about until now. I would definitely recommend this bank especially if you want to refinance your car. The interest rates are low and they offer several great advantages. Check it out, you definitely won't regret it!!

Unbelievable wait time,I waited 45mins in the drive through when this branch has 3 lanes open at once. You would think the Branch Manager Cindy would be on top of her Employees to get the line moving as quickly and smoothly as possible.

My spouse and I opened new accounts at this bank with us being new to Miami. We were treated completely awful. They have the worst customer service of any business I have dealt with in recent memory, especially the worst financial institution. Not only were they generally difficult to work with but did things to try to target us out for different reasons. You should hear the way they talked to my husband, you would've thought they had some 15 year old bratty child on the phone. Just horrible. Go to a retail bank or one of the other credit unions.

I have never felt more uncomfortable than today, let me begin by saying I been with the bank 4 years, I had a car loan paid off, a credit card paid off and a savings account that I don't use anymore, so I went to the bank to close the savings account and they made me close the credit card in order to close the savings accounts what business practices are those, I have never felt a employee so aggressively as Alejandra Anton she is so unprofessional and rude ,sorry but I will never do any business with this bank EVER and it took for ever to close it the manager Katrina is nice and polite ,but should show they employees that customer are always right and that with out a customer they don't have a job ,this institution have very disorganized relationships and work ethic
