Went to this location because I was instructed by the fraud department. NO HELP TO ME WHATS SO EVER!! NO STAFF AVAILABLE TO ASSIST ME. The manager is always walking around chewing gum with a crazy look on her face. It needs to start with management first, and maybe the experiences will be better. Hire people to be available to assist. This credit union location has went down tremendously. That's why I go out my way and goes to the 1 in Hialeah. The manager there is very awesome. She doesn't walk around chewing gum slowly. She assist her customers AT ALL TIMES. WENT THERE AND GOT MY ISSUE RESOLVED!

I went to their Jackson Branch to settle my deceased husband's affairs and present the legal paperwork authorizing me to do so, all I got was the representative making a copy/scanning of my paperwork (which probably ended up in the shredder at the end of the day) and telling me because the lobby was crowded, she would forward the paperwork to someone and that I should hear from a representative soon. Here we are several weeks later, and NO ONE HAS CALLED OR MADE AN EFFORT TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION! Calling the helpdesk is a waste of time because you're on the phone for an hour just to hear from Junior or Maria that there's nothing they can do and that you have to go into the branch.When you go to the branch there's never enough representatives/bankers to handle anything and the customers are all upset because they've been waiting for hours! I've been with this bank for years and my husband had too but now it's time for me to move on. Please do not use this bank it's not worth it! There are not enough branches to handle the number of customers/members they have, and it makes banking something that should be seamless rather unbearable!

Just skip Dade County Federal credit Union as a whole. As a customer for 5 years, I can honestly say my entire experience with this branch was straight garbage. It took today for me to be on hold for 45 minutes, just to have a representative not help me with my problem to come to the final conclusion that I no longer want their services or affiliation. The customer service is nonexistent. The effort is F grade quality. Just get a cash app and look a different direction. You don't want to feel like a neglected child with no support or care towards your banking needs. Fees or not. All branches included.Edit: I feel like the representatives I had the unlucky pleasure speaking with did the below minimum when it came to my issues. If I have to call multiple times and be on hold 20+ minutes each time just to be swayed in one direction that does not resolve my issues is problematic. The fact that I can get simple tasks done by other banks without issues in comparison shows that services provided by Dade are near nonexistent. I can no longer upload checks due to a circumstance that I wasn't in the wrong. I can't get proper access to my bank statements, and asking a rep to do something simple only to be told "you can do it yourself", now that's disgusting services. I didn't stay on the line listening to your consistent spam to be told by Karen(one of the reps name) the million things she could not do for me in my time of need. The fact that I have to waste my gas and time to drive to a branch to receive services is mind boggling. The fact that I can give my personal information to a representative and still be treated like a stranger to my personal information is a sorry excuse to be considered security.This address needs to be updated. The branch no longer is at the address provided.Also, your application and website has too many issues.??

I apply for a loan two weeks ago and I haven't got a return phone call after I made contact with the bank 4 times over 7 days and also did a walk in, each time they said, we going to call me back. I never got a call back even though I was approved for the loan! I hate this Bank truly hate this Bank close my account soon.

I opened up a bank account online here and went into this branch to finish everything up and receive my debit card. The wait time was longer then expected and the one rep guy for some reason kept skipping over my name. Everyone that came in after me went before me no matter wether they were there for a loan or a new card. They still were out in front of me with no explanation. it put a bad taste in my mouth for my first experience. I don't know if he didn't want me in his office or what.

The only debit credit card that is not allowed to be used to rent a car at an airport is this one. What a horrible experience. Rented a car got to the state and when they swiped my card was told it wouldn't go through. Called the bank and a very unhelpful person simply said well why didn't you call before making the reservation. I did call the car rental place and was told that as long as I had a return ticket from the same airport I would be able to get the car with a debit visa card. How am I suppose to know my credit union blocks car rental because of "high suspicious activity" the heck those that even mean. You need a license to rent a car how is it an easy target for scams. And let me not get into the fact that you can use the card for PayPal, Venmo and Cashapp but not Zelle when scams occur on all the other ones too. Sadly it's time to take my money to another bank after 6 years of banking here

Ive gotten both of my most recent auto loans with DCFCU and have received so much help from their staff. Daymar was extremely helpful and proactive with everything I needed to make the process secure and painless. Couldn't be more happy with his service.
