Maricela has been my hairdresser for many years. She now has this new saloon at the shopping center where Wajiros is, at Calle 8 and 127th Ave. She is an extraordinary artist, very professional and kind and extremely knowledgeable in her profession, I highly recommend her!!

All the women are nice to talk to and give great head massages while washing your hair. Not happy about being lined up without being asked. Got made fun of by my family because of my box shaped hair... The decor is eye catching as they have a cherry blossom tree right in the salon!

I have my daughter fifteen years photos and I had abad experience in a business called Tina Nail they cancelled my service almost arriving to the business and I was desesperarte because they do that . I arrived to Maricela salon and they accepted to do my daughter nails without appointment and they were professional and nice. It was a different experience. Thanks for everything

Every time I go there is never a receptionist, everyone looks at me with a scared look.
They never know prices for anything, the owner can never say prices, she always leaves it to the manicurists, etc. Prices are invented as they seem. I tried three manicurists and two were good. That's why I give 2 stars.
They dyed my hair for $35, the blow out is separate. They would have told me that detail before going. I came out with wet hair. And with thick ink stains on his face. The girl didn't put the oil on me so that stains wouldn't form. For two days I had to hide my face. More than she put the dye on me and left me sitting there for more than an hour while she gave another lady a cut. I left frustrated, stained and with soaked hair.
I had previously had a haircut there, they didn't know how to do it and my husband laughed at my hair for several weeks. The truth is that it was a modern cut and the ladies there seem to be a little out of date. They are not aware of what is new.
I made an appointment for nails with a girl and I arrived that day and they told me that the girl is not working that day.
What a waste of time.
I do not recommend this place, they do not know how to be attentive, they are disorganized.

If you want to go get your hair done in a place that treats customers like crap, GO TO THIS PLACE!!! Disgusted by their lack of customer service. Not even lack, more like it nonexistent. I am writing this review on behalf of my mother which I took to inquire about pricing. Tell me how we walked in there, there was no one at the front desk, made eye contact with the stylists that were on duty and not one person acknowledged our existence. The worst part is that they were all eating s*** (sorry for language) y en tremendo chisme yapping away. We stood there for 5 minutes and not one person approached us or greeted us, NOTHING. We walked right out. Never stepping foot in this place again.
