Pessimistic attention, be careful when leaving your bicycle, they say it has one thing and when you go to pick it up they say something else is wrong and add pieces in excess and charge you more without even warning you or telling you.

I decided to try this bike shop to purchase a new bike rack and have my wife's bike serviced. My wife had used the store much earlier to purchase bikes for her children a decade ago, although I had read some of the reviews that said the interface with the owner was not great,I do not judge a book by its cover I found Dino to be knowledgeable. provide excellent service and always available if I had a problem. In fact, he said never hesitate to come back if I needed some help with the rack installation which he did for me at the store when I purchased. The service he did on my wife's bike was superior than some of the other name cycle shops we have frequented. His prices were fair. I will be using the shop in the future for my bicycle needs.

They take care of your bike like it was their own. Spoke with Dino, he raised my bike to the top of the queue and they did extra work on it (greased the chains, etc) as a courtesy to me. Highly recommend.

Brought in my bike to fix a flat. When I picked it up they pointed out that my handle bars were not properly installed and they quickly fixed it for me on the spot at no extra charge.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE WENT THERE FOR THEM TO CHECK A IMNER TUBE THE GUY TOLD ME GIVE ME AN HOUR AND ILL CHECK IT I DIDN'T EVEN LEFT MY BIKE IN THIS PLACE .

They are the best at what they do! Excellent service, excellent bikes and prices. Dino and his team are amazing, they have a lot of patience with me trying to decide which bike and color to get. They are very knowledgeable. I loved the service, the knowledge, they were patient with me and I left super happy with my bike. Victor super nice, with a lot of knowledge and patience..., the owner Dino helped us with everything. Excellent service and bikes!!!

Well, I have to give five stars to these guys this time around. We are all humans, and ultimately what matters is our humble, smart fundamentally, therefore honorable nature.And these guys are not just interesting and definitely capable of showing culture and friendliness, sociability...Civility, but that, THEY CAN ALSO BE SERIOUSLY FUNCTIONAL...AND CAN SHOW IT.Thanks guys,And keep up the Professional, Honorable work. Horrible. Dont go here. There never open and the service is terrible. The employee was a angry old man who refused to fix my sons brakes after we waited 3 days for them to finally open.

Okay let's talk about this shop.LOVE THE SIMPLICITY. These are practical owners. Looking to tailor your average rider in all their needs.I can appreciate this.So yes prices are slightly inflated from let's say buying and fixing your own bike.And yes the customer service is not freaking Apple Store quality. But they walk every bike to their customer's car if asked, and always take and get me back in the street the same day.

I went 2 weeks ago to shorten a chain and they charged me $5. 5 days ago I took two more chains for the same cut. Now it was $15 each!! I complained and the guy said now it was more difficult. Exactly the same chains, same job. Amazing!

Wanted a bike to bang around on trails in the Everglades.Found the perfect one here.Salesman was very helpful.Greeted me as I came in, asked if I needed help.I told him I was browsing so he left me alone.Found a bike I liked and told him I wanted to buy it.He said he thought it was too big for me and that I would need the next size down, which he would need to assemble. Said it would be two hours.I said ok, paid and gave him my phone number.He called within the hour and said it was ready.Overall, a very pleasant and hassle-free experience.I would definitely recommend this place!

First off, I don't understand some of these negative reviews. I have been in this bike shop several times, either to purchase a bike or get repairs done. I have NEVER had a negative experience. I've dealt with Leo and the older gentleman and have always been treated professionally. I was just in today for repairs and to have grips installed. I told Leo that my son had fell off the bike and it wasn't shifting right. Pretty sure that he bent something. When I picked it up, he told me that he bent the mechanism that shifts. When I got the bill, it was just for the grips. He didn't charge me for the repair. That's how you get repeat customers
