Pharmacy staff very bad and rude all they want to do is get ready to go home I left a prescription at 10:30 am went to pick it up as I didn’t know the status of it at 6:30 the website sez it closes 8 well got the and nothing had been done excuse of couldn’t read the prescription correctly I looked at it very clearly said what to do and how many pills pharmacist said she can’t lose her job on assuming what it said I didn’t what to do it there was a gentleman next to to pickup a inhaler for her daughter they told him sorry we are closing he told them his daughter is have problems breathing they told him go to another CVS we also went to another CVS on 12780 sw 42nd they did everything in 5 minutes word of advice don’t go to 147 ave and 42 for your meds

From the pharmacy to the cashiers, they are excellent. They cannot be compared to the rest of the people who work in the other CVS pharmacies.

Today I was at CVS to print some photos, it is something I had never done before, so I didn't know how to do it, Carlos helped me, he was kind and patiently explained to me and gave me the best options, an extremely kind person, I thank him very much, nowadays it is difficult to find kind people willing to help, he is one of those people, I hope he has a beautiful life if we don't see each other again, Thank you Carlos!!!!!

The girls at the pharmacy handling the pills without gloves, a woman behind me in line when she saw how they were handling the medications without gloves left quickly, the girls' faces do not look like they are selling in a pharmacy

The drive through of this pharmacy is pointless, they take way too long. If you need a medication for your blood pressure I recommend you to go to the ED, it’s faster than picking up a refill in this pharmacy.

The worst experience, after spraining my ankle, of leaving the emergency room with a cast without crutches and unable to walk, and also alone, I went through the drive-thru at the CVS on 88th and 157th for 10 pain pills, and the person refused to help me. They told me to go to the one at 88th and 137th, which was supposed to be open 24 hours, but when I got there at 8:25, after another half-hour wait in line, the woman attending told me they couldn't sell me the medication at that time; it had to be for the next day. With tears in my eyes, I begged her, but she wouldn't help me. The worst customer service, so indifferent, so lacking in humanity, just because it was 30 minutes before closing time, they wouldn't attend to me.

Every time me or my husband visit this store to pick up a prescription it is never ready. They tell you to come back at a specific time and it still not ready. Let's not mention that the pharmacy closes for lunch.
