The pharmacy is the worst. They are completely ignorant therefore the lack of customer service and the ability complete a simple task is extremely frustrating.

The pharmacy staff is slow and unhelpful. Do not come here go to any other pharmacy , Walgreens on 142 is much better.

Pharmacy is the worst. Always closed and longest lines Ive ever seen! Lack of customer service and no one cares to even help! Seems like they do t even wanna do their job! I have been coming here thekugh the years and it just keeps getting worse and worse each time! And whatever u do, dont pay for your medications through app because they wont find your payment and you will end up paying double! This place is really a nightmare! I will be writing to corporate as well!

I was my first time at this CVS location and it was great because it was on my way home.Parking is ample as usual and the prices are great too.Service at this location was grate, the guy who was there help me out and finding what I needed, help me out to redeem the coupon that I had, and charged me right away. If I already of products is great and is really good to feel that I found what I needed there.

Major HIPAA violation today. One of the techs who happens to be the same lady who refused to assist my daughter last year with her COVID test appointment, disclosed her private information to a family member.

I had gone to CVS three times to pick up my sons medications, hopefully I will get lucky on my fourth attempt. First time they did not have the medication and they had to order it but they never called me toLet me know. Second the insurance did not cover it but again they never called me to let me know. the med was more than $300 so I needed to research on my own for a coupon and that took me several phone calls. The only coupon I found had to be processed by the pharmacy due to the information they asked for. The staff there couldn’t help me because they don’t have internet. Only after I complained somebody helped my do it but again, they couldn’t give me the medication because it was almost their lunch time 1 PM (lunch time 1:30-2 PM). When I came back they pharmacy was closed because their covid schedule never went back to precovid schedule and they ridiculously close at 8 PM. I feel that covid also helped downgrade costumer services at CVS.

The worst customer service and inefficiency at this store. I have been a customer of this location for the past 12 years and am moving to another store due to lack of professionalism. They send you a text that the medication is ready and after 20 minutes way to be attended they just tell you they do not know where the medication is. The called “doctor” screams at you to tell her again your date of birth then she starts putting medication on the shelves and tells you she is looking for your medication in that mess. When you show discontent she just tells you good luck and call a line to put a complaint and see if someone answers. Obviously this staff does not care whether or not she provides good customer service. It is Monday, December 20 at 7:20 pm . Long line, sick people trying to get medication waiting in line. Do not go to this location it has changed over the years and you better go to another CVS, there are many in the area.

WHERE I'VE BEEN HELPED FOR SOME 20 YEARS ,THIS CVS HAVE THE BEST EMPLOYES, THE OWNER COULD ASK FOR, IN ANY WAY POSIBLE.FROM THE MOMENT YOU WALK IN, YOUARE ASKED HOW YOU CAN BE HELPED.AND NOW WHEN YOUR NEED IS WITH THE PHARMACY. NUMBER ONE DRA. FLORES AND ALL HER STAFF ARE A1A ON ALL YOUR SERVICE NEEDS. WITH THE SMALLEST TIME PISIBLE. I'M WRATTING TO LET IN MY POST KNOW HOW I FEEL BECAUSE RECOGNITION IS IN ORDER.THE TIME WAS NEVER BETTER TO LET DRA FLORES AND STAFF, HOW GRATEFULL, MY LATE HUSBAND AND I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN GRATEFULL. This pharmacy tried their hardest to get me to leave and go to a different pharmacy. The customer service is horrendous. As I am typing this they again came back with my prescription to get me to go to another pharmacy. Please replace all the staff

While the front end of the store does deserve a 3 star because they at least work. The pharmacy is the worst. My daughter needed her medication that she forgot from out of town and only needed one pill. We walked in at 5:58 and they refused her service saying the system turns off at 6:00 and they could not finish the transaction on time. That is a lie, the system is not going to shut down in the middle of a transaction. Lazy, No empathy, no customer service and no clue. Moving my whole family to Walgreens.
