1-Star Review Rude, Disrespectful, and Unprofessional Staff!!
This isn’t a one-time issue it’s been going on for a while now, and it’s honestly unacceptable. Every time I go to this CVS Pharmacy, I’m met with rude attitudes and zero customer service. The staff never say hello or goodbye, they mispronounce your name and don’t even try to get it right. No apology, no effort just indifference they don't care.
One staff member in particular, the blonde lady who’s been there for a while, is always in a bad mood and acts like helping customers is a burden. Now there's a new person who’s sarcastic and just as dismissive. When my wife or I arrive, they act annoyed and ask, “What are you here for? with attitude, as if it isn’t obvious at a pharmacy. It would be so simple and professional to say, “Hi, are you here for pick-up or drop-off?” and of course without the attitude.
Instead, they ask for your date of birth, tell you how much you need to pay them, take your payment, and then throw your bag in the slot like you’re an inconvenience. No “thank you,” no “do you have any questions for the pharmacist,” nothing. Just cold, unfriendly service every single time.
CVS, you have to do better. Hire people who actually care, who take pride in their work, and who understand they’re dealing with people’s health and well-being. A little kindness goes a long way. At the very least, get customers' names right and if you get it wrong, have the decency to apologize and make an effort to correct it or even ask how it is pronounced it’s not just bad service, it’s disrespectful and disappointing every single time.

Been shopping here for many years now and I can't say I've ever had any serious problems. The staff is knowledgeable in their field of expertise. With a large amount of medicines available you'd have a hard time not finding just what you're looking for. Though they should work on their membership program because it's very hard to take advantage when there. Could be that they're a bit behind as far as tech goes. AC works well. Lighting is alright. Prices are very fair. Just make sure when shopping there that most of what you're there for is their specialty which is what you'd find at your local pharmacy.

Attention is nice and helpful. Attendant Ana is very helpful and professional, she puts on the customer's shoes and assists as if you were her.
Attendants Reinaldo and Adriel are very professional, kind and helpful as well.
Also Laura is very professional and servicial.
Also attendant Yoanis, very kind and professional.
Also Erika is very kind and professional.
Yesterday 01/14/2025 there was an attendant very professional and kind. I don't remember well his name, I thing it was Bernardo, but I'm not sure.
Attendant Marivic is very kind, professional, full of her activity's knowledge and possess an excellent sense of what costumer service means.
I'm writing the reviews over here, because there's no possibility to do it by scanning the code on de receipt as Navarro allows.

Liar liar pants on fire
Press the button on the drivethrough if not they will forget you. Also I've been 5 days without my asthma medication the brand I've always ordered is been ventolin and my doctor gave prescription for all they had in the system for 10 years I've been getting ventolin which is covered by my insurance. After an hour in the Drive-Thru they tell me to contact my insurance and that she had placed an order for Ventolin but she lied and you can see the last order was done 5 days ago for Albuterol. I told her of this she saw it in the computer and still told me they don't want to cover. Call your insurance. I stormed in there and they fixed the problem she lied to me.

The pharmacy is the worst. They are completely ignorant therefore the lack of customer service and the ability complete a simple task is extremely frustrating.

The pharmacy staff is slow and unhelpful. Do not come here go to any other pharmacy , Walgreens on 142 is much better.

Pharmacy is the worst. Always closed and longest lines Ive ever seen! Lack of customer service and no one cares to even help! Seems like they do t even wanna do their job! I have been coming here thekugh the years and it just keeps getting worse and worse each time! And whatever u do, dont pay for your medications through app because they wont find your payment and you will end up paying double! This place is really a nightmare! I will be writing to corporate as well!
