Walked in with my bladder literally about to explode. And they told me the bathroom was closed and that the employee who cleans the bathroom takes the keys home(which is a lie)
And got mad when I said it's an emergency. If I could give a zero start rating I would. Honestly wish I woulda pissed on the floor tho

Lord have mercy. I have lived in this area for my entire life and have always had an insane amount of patience with this CVS, but today really broke me. The manager, Lourdes, is a real piece of work. I was having an issue at checkout with the little remaining money I had left, and it all got siphoned and she could not be bothered to help me out. Normally, I wouldn’t care as a former worker of the service industry, but her attitude was just so disgusting from the jump that I couldn’t help myself. Avoid this CVS if at all possible. Not only regarding matters of customer service, but for medicine needs and just anything at all. People like this manager are the reason that so many CVS locations are closing, I would much rather get anything I possibly ever need from Amazon then have to come and deal with any of my local CVS.

I have a very bad experience with this pharmacy, I waited 4 days for the thyroid medication. Every day they told me that they had ordered it, it never arrived, yesterday they told me that they transferred it to the pharmacy on 147 and Coral, wow, they had it. I called to see when I was picking it up and they told me that they didn't have it. They had already told me about the poor work of that pharmacy. I haven't taken the medication for 5 days. I am a nurse and I am aware of these things. It is a shame that they make you feel bad.

I had a passport picture taken in another CVS. It was too light and although I raised the issue to the guy who took it, he said it was fine. It was not fine and I was turned away at the passport agency in USPS. I had to get it retaken. This CVS was the nearest CVS to my current location. When I told her my issue, the lady from the store said she could help me retake BUT the right thing is for me to go where they took the picture so they can fix it since they did it. She literally did not want to help. Everything was a problem. It’s customer service. The right thing is for her to help me and we go on about our day. I’m not going to CVS to fix an issue from Walgreens. It’s not a franchise, it’s the same company.

Ridiculous. I’ve been here two days in a row to pick up prescriptions at the pharmacy and have left both times because the lines are so long.

If I could I wouldn't give it any stars, the worst place I could find, the employee who is supposed to offer the photography service with a terrible bad character mistreated me and didn't provide me with the service because according to him the camera doesn't have a battery, they should Close this place immediately.

This CVS is terrible. Do not go . Specifically, the worker named Sergio, excessively rude, a lot of abuse, throwing away the scanner and the products he was going to buy.
So they hire people who don't know how to deal with the public.
Very bad service 0 stars ?. Very bad, horrible, terrible, I had never been disrespected like that in my life.
Fire this worker directly Sergio.

Terrible service. The pharmacy employees are a disaster, they give the wrong medications and blame you. They don't take their work seriously. Giving the wrong medication is super dangerous. THEY DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH!!!
