First let me start by saying this pharmacy has a sign saying they will not tolerate any rudeness, but I guess it doesn’t apply to them. Attach, you are seeing the communications that I have been receiving from this pharmacy. Yesterday was July 1, which you can see on the text that they sent me , they would try to fill Up my prescription keep in mind yesterday was July 1. Yesterday afternoon, I personally went to the pharmacy to pick up other prescriptions and was told that my prescription would be filled by today and yes I understand any controlled medication has to be dispersed accordingly. This morning, I received another text asking me to contact the pharmacy because I needed to speak them in regards my prescription refill. A lady by the name of Lauda Mojica picked up the phone and from the beginning, she was not listening me. I tried telling her that the reason I Was calling was because of the communication I received. She told me which right away tells me that she was not listening by correcting me saying that I had the wrong pharmacy, that I was calling CVS not Walgreens and honestly I don’t know where that respond came from because I never mentioned them. Also when I gave her my name and she pulled up another patient with a total different last name, saying that she had called me twice, got nasty with me and hung up to put me with someone else. I can see this location has a 3.2 star rating and I’m wondering how much longer corporate is going tolerate this behavior from their staff. When someone calls them they should be aware they work in a pharmacy and are dealing with people that may have a serious illness or condition and their customer service is a key to alleviate them from any suffering or stress they may have. If any of them can’t work with the public they should find an other industry.

Every time I come to drop off or pick up a prescription, it’s a 30+ minute commitment just waiting in line. The leadership at this pharmacy needs to reevaluate their definition of customer service and raise it to be the gold standard. Please hire additional personnel to drop the wait times. It is ridiculous the amount of time wasted. Do a better job!

This pharmacy is outrageous. They took 30 minutes with one car. I do not understand why it is impossible to have adequate service. I understand that there are some customers that may show up at the window and not be fully ready to pick up the medication- issues with the insurance payment, not ready, etc., but please put them to the side or open another window to assist people because I’ve been waiting in line for over an hour and I still have two vehicles in front of me and if it isn’t because I need this medication daily I would’ve left It’s never a smooth pick up at this location no matter what time you come

It is a spacious, organized and clean place. Large and enough parking for everyone. It has places for the disabled near the door. You get everything you need in medicines, personal hygiene products and many other things... They decorate very nice according to the holiday

Very bad service from the pharmacy, I needed them to bring me a medication 2 days in advance because I was going to leave the country, and they made no effort to supply it to me, I have returned very uncontrolled, a prescription that I have been taking for years, they always fill the prescription for me in the same place, they play with the health of patients

This location has absolutely no care for there being 10 to 14 people in a line very very slow service cvs is losing lots of money having real bad costumer service
