What a shame that this location has mostly bad comments but from my perception the attention they gave me at the pharmacy was excellent especially because the young Álvaro who answered my call addressed my concern instantly with great courtesy, respect and above all things With a good sense of humor.
Empathy is a gift that we all have and today I was more than satisfied with the service at CVS especially from Álvaro.

Marilyn supposedly "supervisor" couldn't assist to troubleshoot the young person that was in the cashier to pass the Pampers coupons. Most of the time the cashier's can have a problem entering the coupons BUT the "supervisor" couldn't assist in any way to help. No point of her been a supervisor and besides she doesn't speak English her attitude towards the customers.

I’m having surgery tomorrow and they made me feel like a criminal for picking up my pain medicine. They also told me they wouldn’t allow me to use an RX discount card because they had already made the prescription but I saw them do it for the customer before me. Very frustrating staff.

Terrible customer service. Came in to do a passport photo for my 1 year old. The moment I told the cvs employee that it was for my son he said that it wouldn’t work and that I needed to go to a studio to do it because he wouldn’t stay still. He didn’t want to try and after I asked him 3 times to explain why we couldn’t try he said yes and as soon as I started walking towards the screen, he started saying no because of the color shirt my son was wearing. I also watched him tell a lady she needed to take off her jewelry for the photo. If you need passport photos, go somewhere else.

i had issues finding what i needed so i asked the manager in store for help & he was able to locate it but he fully assumed i was going to steal the merchandise i needed & was quite rude & pushy about holding onto my items for me at the register even though i wasn't done shopping. only reason i came here anyway was because walgreens was out of stock of what i needed. just another reminder as to why i never come here to begin with lol. embarrassing, kinda funny, also overpriced?

The worst pharmacy in Miami ? I went with some prescriptions given to my wife from the hospital who had just come out of an operation and needs those measures today and these people without any experience said that they could not give her those medicines "because it was not signed by the doctor "By the way, he is a recognized and certified surgeon in Florida and his information was written electronically with his identification number, the truth is that these people leave a lot to be desired, in the end another CVS gave us the medicines and recognized that the hospitals give so the medical prescriptions

I went to get my mom an over the counter medicine and had to go isle by isle looking for it, there wasn’t anyone to help . When I went to pay I had to go self cashier there was man which I guess was the manger standing around the machine was giving me trouble with my card instead of him coming to help me he just walked away . I never go to CVS and specially to this one so they won’t see me around again .

Terrible customer service. Why close the pharmacy for 30 minutes from 1:30 - 2pm and make customers wait in a line. People have better things to do. This tells you CVS doesn't care about Thier customers. Now I HATE CVS
