This store needs a team from district or headquarters to come out and revamp this store. Proper signage needs to be displayed for waiting in line both pharmacy and front register. The pharmacy team needs more training in customer service. When customers goes to consultation area they have to say hey hey can I get someone head to answer a questions. They always to busy never look up to address the customer. Playing Latino music when this is a mixed community. Store set up is horrible isle to small with display added to isle. I can go on and on. Store has been here for long time. Customer deserves better than this

I dont know what they are doing, I always have to take at least 30min to pick it up any prescription. The Pharmacist is great but the other part of the staff are like turtles

I can't think of anything at the moment. The employees are friendly and professional. I'm always greeted as soon as I enter the store. The store is kept clean and orderly. I've never had any difficulty using coupons. It's always a good experience shopping at this CVS.

My experience in this pharmacy was really bad, they have a new pharmacist who says that he is not authorized to enter the system because his credential is new and that he cannot give me the medicine, when he had been waiting for more than half an hour because he closed the According to him, he finally gave me back my prescriptions and told me to go to another pharmacy because he didn't have a way to give me the medicine I needed for my husband who just came out of an operation and needs the medicine.

Very very bad, the service I have had very disappointing experiences in this place, the service from the pharmacy staff at the end is very bad. If you can go to another better CVS to save yourself a possible bad time, I live 500 meters from the place and I never go

Believe the reviews! This place is old dusty and musty and so are the pharmacy staff. Find a different pharmacy to have your prescription filled. CVS corporation needs to renovate this location and rehire a new staff who understands the idea of customer service and professionalism.
