My grandma went in today for a vaccine appointment i had made online, and a very rude and disrespectful old balck female with a very ugly and demeaning attitude gave poor service to my grandma. Cvs should fire these old grumpy workers that don't have compassion or patience for older customers.

Hello, today, Saturday, I went to CVS, the Pepsi 6 plastic bottles were at $5.99 and the second one was 50% off. Don't buy them. They have expired since July 24, 2023. I bought them and I didn't pay attention to the expiration date. It's disrespectful. something that has been expired since July..

this is the worst pharmacy hands down they are slow and rude medication was due for a refill on the 26 didn't receive it until the 10th of the following month. that's not the problem the problem was when my 85 year old mom went in to all about her meds she was told to just go to another farmacy cause we call everyday and where not the only ones waiting.. the phone service is the worst cause they just don't answer i've even called with head quarters on there line and they still didn't answer sad just sad they deserve 0 stars

good afternoon, today I visited the cvs located at 20345 old cutler road, it is worth mentioning that the store was in rush hour, many people, but my waiting time in line to pay was acceptable, I did not intend to leave immediately when I arrived in line to pay, but I am pleased to mention the friendliness and cordiality of the employee at the cash register, Nicholas, who despite the fact that there were so many people in line, served each customer with a pleasant smile and respectful attitude. we need more employees like Nicholas at cvs pharmacies.
