This is absolutely the worst pharmacy in the CVS system. They have the most unhelpful and unfriendly staff.
I had surgery 24 hours ago, they did not dispense my medication. When I called they said they did not have the medication and they would not transfer the rx to another pharmacy. That the doctors office needed to call ahead of time to see if it was available or call another pharmacy themselves. Followed by hanging up the phone. Very unprofessional and inappropriate. Horrible service and staff.

Horrible pharmacy! They don’t like to work. They forward your calls, everything but help you get your mediation. Then the call you and they stay silent on the other end? Why? Because they don’t like to work! Le pesa la mano a todas. Do your job as healthcare workers. SUPER upset!

The visit to the store was excellent, the treatment from the entire team, a greeting upon entering, the manager immediately approached me to ask if I needed help, the store was very clean and tidy, they gave me an explanation of how I could use the coupons, a excellent work team, I urged them to continue like this, I left the store very pleased

Money Gran's service is poor because you cannot collect, they claim that they do not have enough money in cash to pay 500 dollars, that they do not have this option, very disappointing

The pharmacy service is horrible, I have never seen hours like that in the USA, in addition to the telephone answering service, it has also been infected with the lies they tell you when you finally manage to talk to someone, I give them a star to be able to do the criticism because really my recommendation is to change pharmacies, the store is very good and the staff is friendly and professional

Tired of calling this cvs, it's a shame such a good company and this specific pharmacy is horrible they hang up on you constantly and you can't do anything it's necessary to talk to the general manager of the management because I'm disappointed and upset it's no use the service nothing. They should fire all the pharmacy employees, the others are not like that
