Whenever I go to print pictures I get a wonderful service provided by Isleidys Concepcion , I feel relieved when I see her ,she helps customer with kindness and patience .Isleidys is an example of excellent Customer Service.

Products discount on the Extra bucks were very convenient. I had a 40% on all purchases + $2 +0.19. I found everything I needed. 2 New Summer's eve daily wash to choose from. Don't have the other one but it was aloe Vera for delicate skin. The store was really stacked today.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE PHARMACY EVER!!!
It was a nightmare dealing with the two old ladies working there, they treat you awful, they didn’t provide nor offer any help, they just wanted to clock out eventhough you got there before the closing time; apparently, they forgot they are working and dealing with MEDICINE!!!

They sent my medication to this CVS and when I went they told me that I am not in the system without verifying my name or anything, poor service in general.

Saturday March 23, 2024 8:00 pm, a very rude attitude, the employee or manager confronts me and asks me in a derogatory tone if everything was okay when I was not even talking to her or related to her, after I answered that everything is fine and why are you asking me... she tells me in a bad mood, managing her hands because she sees me strange with my distasteful face, my personal problems or her problems are not for me to confront with her and if she has them That I don't do it with clients, I never confront her, nor was I rude to her, it impresses me that an employee like that is the manager or the person responsible for customer service.

Very good service from Miss Yaremy, there was a line and she showed up and helped my mother and me, she also explained to us about the programs that CVS offers, look for her and she will help you.

Today I experienced a super unpleasant event, the manager of this place spoke rudely to a young woman who was in line, complaining about a more incompetent service and a lack of professional ethics, they should change this type of unpleasant staff that destroys the spirit of the people. customers, the regional management of this company should analyze the staff that provides customer service so that they can eradicate the rude and ill-mannered pests that overwhelm people.

I never leave bad reviews but CVS has to do something about this place. From 4pm-8pm everyday the line for the pharmacy goes almost to the cash registers at the front of the store. I waited 45 minutes to get to the front, my insurance had changed so they sent me to a different line, it took her 20 minutes to enter in a simple insurance card and then told me to wait in the pharmacy line AGAIN, which I did for another 20 minutes. Overall it took 2 hours to pick up an antibiotic. There was only three people working, and if you wait in line, the registers shut down at 8pm so you have to get to the register before it closes.

-10. A bunch of imbeciles the customer service is terrible instead of giving the customer all the information they give it piece by piece. Super frustrating avoid terrible.
