I love this place. The staff is always kind, courteous and accommodating. Super duper savings... Almost impossible to believe. This is the place to go without the lines, the waiting and the drama.
The self checkout is awesome and help is readily available if needed by Doris and Eddie, others when available.
There is no reason to venture any farther then this hallowed establishment.
So many hidden options here to make lifes difficulties a little more tolerable.

I have been coming to this pharmacy for years I the Pharmacist and the lady Pharmacy Tech are great. They are always attentive and provide the answers to any of my questions. Last night I came in around 7:56 p.m. and I saw from the front of the store that the lights were off (I thought something was wrong) I asked the associate was the pharmacy closed, he looked at his watch and said that they close at 8. As I went to the back the pharmacist, who was very busy while this guy Fabian was horseplaying around turned on the lights and ask "Why are these lights off?" And went on his way to continue working. I stepped to the counter and asked him for my medicine and he bluntly stated (without asking my name) very overstimulated "YES. IT'S HERE. BUT WERE CLOSED!" I was startled at the tone that he spoke to me. Then a customer and her daughter came up (I assume they were waiting for a prescription before me) nevertheless he got their meds and started to scan. I asked him well my medicine is right there in the fridge, and he answered with scanner in hand...... "IT WILL BE HERE TOMORROW, WERE.CLOSED". The he had the store associate to quickly close out his register. I held my composure, and left CVS in disgust from the customer service I DID NOT RECEIVE. Fabian needs to get out of himself and get into CVS business.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy possible. We tried to get a very important medication filled and they kept promising it to be filled the next day and the next day. This is day 3 and they have the medication but they wouldn’t fill it because they were closing soon. Again very important medication that needed to be started 3 days ago. Terrible pharmacists

The store manager Eddie is EXCELLENT. The pharmacy is quick & greet u by ur name when they see u. Very good experience always @ the store on 118 & Biscayne in North Miami

I made 2 calls to customer service yesterday to report abuse and intimidation to me from your staff and anorher unknown man.
All details are on camera, and the incident happened yesterday right before my 1st call to customer service.
I'm ready to press charges.
UPDATE: 04/20/2024. As of today nobidy from CVS has contacted me regarding this. So I will proceed with the statwment publicly:
While I was there manager Randall took the opportunity to threaten me wirh s pmastic bag like he was coming to my face while he was going to pick up poop on the side of the aisle.
Additionally, there was an unknown man talking to me like he knew me and giving me orders. And, your pharmacy clerk was shouting my medical prescriptions information for public knowledge, even when I asked her not to do so.
There is another woman that does the same but with my name and DOB, and she's been there for years. CVS is a human rights violator pharmacy. BEWARE!

Good evening this service is getting very bad at this time they keep hanging the telephone in the pharmacy department.
I been trying to call since 6:00 p.m
And they keep hanging the telephone.
It just not right. If there is no customer there is no work.

Manager Doris really knows how to run an effective floor and store front. Everything is well stocked, the systems work well, and this location actually seems to put an emphasis on customer service. The pharmacy at this CVS location never answers the phone, which is incredibly frustrating. Additionally, the staff members are often rude. It would be beneficial for CVS to consider hiring individuals who are more willing to provide attentive customer service. Overall, this has been my WORST experience at a CVS pharmacy.

Recently picked up a RX only to get home and the packaging says the medicine was expired by 3 months. I called, and they said the FDA says the medicine is probably still good, but would be happy to exchange it.

The service at the pharmacy was very bad. I called at 4:00 pm and they told me that the medicine was ready and it is 7:00 pm and I am still waiting.
