I came to get my flu shot that I paid out of pocket and they gave the the proof of vaccination form in Spanish which they said it was fine for immigration purposes. My lawyer requested to have it in English so when I asked them to please give me the form in English the Pharmacist, Ernesto Lobaina was very rude because and said that in Spanish was fine. A lady there came and print it out in English in less than a minute. Is it too much work for them just print it again??

I came to this pharmacy today at 7:15 PM to pick up 1 medication and the technician and the Dr. told me that since they close at 8pm they can not give my medication today which I desperately needed. They told me that next time I have to come at least 1 hour before closing. I guess they couldnt make any exception with those 15 min that I was late. Person in front of me had the same experience. Very disappointed about the service here.

The worst pharmacy in miami, ruuuuuuun! You’ve been warned. Everyone working there has half a brain cell left and to top it off you need to deal with their nasty attitude. Seriously, find a different pharmacy

Not sure what’s up with the new pharmacy team. Very low morale, unfriendly, defensive. Gretel is cool, and she’s been there for a long time. But, yeah. Go somewhere else.

Dear CVS, I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your store located at 6780 SW 40th . , I visited the store to purchase some items. I was met with rudeness and unprofessionalism from the pharmacist manager on duty, Maggie. When It was my turn to pick up the prescription I saw she was still typing and I assumed she was finishing inputting the information of the person who was in in-front of me, as she never greeted me or even looked my way. Maggie was dismissive, extremely RUDE and unprofessional. I don't know if she' was having a bad day that day, if she hates her job, or she is just a very miserable person. I was extremely disappointed with the way I was treated by Maggie. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and kindness. I hope that you will take the necessary steps to ensure that this type of behavior does not occur again in the future.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FROM A MANGERS LUIS super rude!! I was even done explaining my issue and he was shaking his head saying no. honestly I expect more from manger. SUPER RUDE!!! I will no longer be coming to this cvs anymore!!! super rude honestly just disgusting how this manager hands situations.

Rude service at pharmacy. Got there at 1:25 and wouldn't give me my prescription because they go to lunch at 1:30.

This CVS OPENS early and it has every single thing pretty much that you might need. I love it. Reminds me of a smaller version of a Walmart.. Customer Service Excellent, helpful & fast.! ??

They're not perfect but at least they try to help out and offer alternatives or solutions when they can't fill a prescription for whatever reason.

Katia is a great consultant! She explained everything asked in Spanish and English. She was patient and knew throughly about the products in the store.
