Went there to take a passport photo and the employee there was very nice and courteous and made the whole process a breeze. Good photo taking experience and the store itself is big and had lots of products available compared to other CVS pharmacies.

This CVS location has one of the most incompetent working staffs in the pharmacy dept. Lets start just by the way the pharmacist(s) answers your call or returns your call, is with an unpleasant, unfriendly, aggravating tone, and let me mention the lack of knowledge. During the time of my high pregnancy, they always had issues to process my prescription because quote on quote, according to them, my primary never submitted my prescription. I called my primary, and my primary had submitted the prescription more than twice. I didn’t bother to continue on going with the back and forth, and with the unnecessary continuous attitude from the pharmacist(s), that I only decided to have my prescription to be transferred to another location.
However, after my pregnancy my husband and I, decided to go back on track with our Baptist endocrinologist diabetic treatment. My husband endocrinologist had fax the two prescriptions for his diabetes control. We called in to confirmed that they have received both prescriptions and they kept stating that they only received one prescription only.
In order to avoid the back and forth, once again, and to make sure that there was full coverage for both prescriptions and that no Prior Authorization was needed for either or prescriptions, I ended up calling my insurance pharmacy managed care directly, CVS CAREMARK. The CVS CAREMARK, confirmed both prescriptions were submitted and were showing on their system, full coverage and no prior authorization was required.
I called the pharmacy dept. again to relate the information from CVS CAREMARK. Left a message and they return my called stating that they still were NOT showing any prescription at their end. I explained to the pharmacist(s), I just finished talking to CVS CAREMARK and they have it at their end.
The shocking response to me from the staff of the pharmacist dept. was… “ Who is CVS CAREMARK…???” then she inquire to provide CVS CAREMARK contact number. Shaking my head, I just gave the pharmacist CVS Caremark contact number. Then, the pharmacist returned my call within 20 mins. or so. This time, she stated that she found the prescription because the representative CVS CAREMARK gave her the medication id number. Yet, the prescription some how it was deleted from their system and that she needed to informed the manager regarding that matter and that she will get back to me the next day.
While the pharmacist at this CVS STORE was still waiting for acknowledgement from management regarding this matter, I ended up calling another CVS pharmacy store of another location and less than 15 mins. I received a call confirming both prescriptions processing without any issues. The next day, the CVS Pharmacist from 6780 bird road, called and left a message stating that they still have NOT RECEIVED the prescription.
I just smiled and didn’t even bother calling back to let them know, that the other branch from their own company CVS Pharmacy had already taking care of it.
People needs their medication due to their health issue, not because, we want to make you feel that we are bothering you. So much lack of character in representing the name, CVS Pharmacy, Consumer Value Store pharmacy.

I am CVS customer since 2017 and this was the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER I received.
I spent almost 30 min editing my photos In the Kodak kiosk. And then I was ready to pay.
Cashier said I had to wait for somebody else to help me. OK I waited.
Then another employee showed up. She told me that today nobody in the store knows how to handle the kiosk, really?
And the only one who is able to do it. Was off today!!!!!
No way! I did all on the kiosk only thing that the had to do it is register that in the cashier. Terrible management Terrible customer service.
If employees don't like to work with people, find another job. They were very rude with old clients too!!!! ?

Called to order my medication and spoke with a male pharmacist who told me will order medication. Went by 2 days later and was told order was never put in. That I never called. Long lines always. People in front of me with same issues.
