If you want to have to come twice to pick up a prescription, this is your heaven!Got a text saying your Rx is ready to pick up? Psych! It is not! You’ll have to go and place the order, to go back AGAINN to pick it up!Good luck calling them!You know what, make yourself a bingo card and have a blast with the excuses they’ll come up with: “didn’t go through” “dr didn’t send it” “insurance didn’t clear it”. It’s fun for kids too!Seriously, this is the worst CVS i have had to deal with and i hope corporate wipes clean this place..|.

This has to be the worse CVS in history. As I write this I’m waiting to speak to the store manager and the phone just rings and rings and rings. This is call #5 today and not one answer. Forget the pharmacy calling there is like going into a black hole …Fix your issues please ….

I am unsure if CVS sponsors a lead eating program for their employees, but they are excelling in the worst ways. Firstly, they will not pick up phones calls.I was asked to be put on hold within half a second of them picking up, and then they audibly hung up 25 minutes later.On two other occasions, I’ve been on hold for 30 minutes only to reach the voicemail.Lastly, they have told me they have my medication in stock only for me to arrive and then tell me it’s out of stock. I don’t know if cvs has managed to genetically breed the most incompetent workers possible, but, if they have, this is their finest work.I hope CVS is the first thing to go when the sinkholes start consuming Florida.

I went to this location to pick up a prescription and the lady with red curly and short hair in the drive thru was being so rude! (And it’s not the first time she has been rude to me) It was definitely a very bad experience

Like many other reviewers, I can attest to the horror show that this CVS. The pharmacy is poorly run and no one, but no one understands or speaks English?!! I'm so confused about that. Aren't we in the US? Anyway, then there's the CVS employees, they are also run and no one seems interested in being there let alone helping you. Stay away from this CVS

I waited over an hour for pharmacist to call me for my scheduled telehealth appointment. I am incredibly sick with Covid & it’s the last thing I feel like doing. I finally got a hold of someone at the pharmacy & they said I need to contact my primary. On CVS website it says they can issue Paxlovid prescription .Not. I’d give less than 1 star if possible

La farmacia tiene deficiencias que llegan a calificarse de mal trabajo, no envían mensajes para la recogida de medicamentos como recordatorio, y cuando uno va a recogerlo siempre hay alguno no disponible y lo hacen ir varias veces por el mismo medicamento, no entiendo como no hay stock de medicamentos para enfermedades crónicas que son el expendio más frecuente, usualmente no hay el trato adecuado por el DryTrue cuando uno reclama la falta del medicamento que deben entregar, las justificaciones son una falta de respeto, pues atrasan la continuidad del tratamiento por el medicamento en falta hasta más de 4 días. Una farmacia que no tiene stock de medicamentos y no garantiza estos a sus clientes no es una buena farmacia.

Horrible service at this CVS. Seriously, they should close. I dropped off a prescription and they don't give you the status after a day. I called and no one answers the phone. They leave you waiting on the phone for over 45 minutes and hang up, so you never resolve your prescription situation.

Don’t send anything here unless you want it to be delayed and not contacted. If you try to reach them over the phone expect to never speak to anyone since they don’t answer or leave you on hold for so long it disconnects.
