The worst CVS... Rude stuff. My husband wanted to buy a beer and cashier refused to him and call him "puppy" and show himself like a racist person. I hope this store will closed and the stuff will be quit and never work with people

I have never seen such a lack of empathy and discrimination as in this pharmacy, none of its managers are born in this country, that is, they are immigrants and hate those who speak Spanish, they limit themselves to helping Hispanics in their language. Lack of professionalism from the lady with the fake wig, a pleasant atmosphere in the pharmacy is impossible with her presence. It seems like he was talking to animals and not people because of his despotic tone.

They don't have the machine to unlock the cork guard on the wine so they denied to sell the wine for that. Bad customer service.

They give you coupons to use on a certain product and brand and when you go to buy they don't apply it and they just don't explain why. I also pay $5 a month for a card that I haven't seen benefiting me in a long time. I give it when paying and I don't see any discounts either.

Some of the pharmacy staff members are the rudest I have ever encountered, especially when one calls. There is very little regard/respect for customer service. I recently had the worst phone experience ever with one their female pharmacist. She refused to provide her name but quite identifiable by her Caribbean accent. Truly sad as without loyal customers, she would not have a job.

This is the worst CVS pharmacy there is. The caucasian woman that works the register is not warming, polite, friendly, or professional. The look on her face is very unapproachable. She doesn't greet you, smile, nor know how to use mannerism. It was a very uncomfortable experience. I dread seeing her when I walk in. I don't want to deal with her because of her attitude. How can they hire someone like that? you should not fell uncomfortable asking questions and picking up your meds. I may change my meds to another CVS.

The “ Manager” she so rude and disrespectful, for the CVS executives,, I called to ask the retail store associate to open a product was locked, the associate took the product and she told me she will hold the product in the counter for me so I can pay it when I will checking out, I know already she Is wrong by doing so, anyway I get some other stuff when I was at the counter to pay, the associate who holding my item was not there and the the cashier doesn't know what i was asking for, whovever I told her to call the associate who have the rest of my stuff, so at that time the "Manager of all time" step in and she said if you don't know the name of the product we can't help you! I was like are you serious i dont know the name of the product?!, she like we not going to sell you nothing here, leave the store or I'm calling the police!???. Please take action against the Manager and the employer because if you read the reviews you know those ppl don't belong there, they can work at any grocery in the hood not a CVS pharmacy.

Unfortunately, none of the employees could show the items we were looking for. There was only information about which aisle it could be in. Nobody looked. There are too many homeless people hanging around outside the door for my liking.

Good parking, but could use more lighting. Store was clean not crowded. Although one cashier the line moved quickly
