Came to purchase with my OTC allowance and using my UHC app but the attendant didn’t allow me to use it. They said they need the physical card. I even showed her it was the app and not a photo. I’ve never experienced this on any CVS or Navarro. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Some of the staff are not friendly or helpful. Also, sale tags and items did not match for the coffee. I noticed after I went to the cash register

I just bought at this store, the cashier is the most impolite and rude person who treats the costumers badly. This only happens in Miami, shameful, take people with such little education. The Cashier IS so bad.

This pharmacy is where I have collected the entire family's medications for the last 3 years, and I congratulate them because they have greatly improved customer service, lately they are incorporating bilingual staff, which did not exist before and it was impossible and frustrating to try to communicate, especially in pharmacy it is important to be able to communicate with whoever serves you, taking into account that in the area there is already a fairly large Latin community and for older adults who are basically 70% of the pharmacy clientele it is difficult to learn a new language, I find it very Considered by CVS to integrate bilingual staff and this pharmacy is doing phenomenal, it is also a very organized and clean place.
