Great customer service amazingly clean intact very easy to find every product that I needed organized and all was in stock. When I had a doubt manager immediately handled my needs went above and beyond out of his way to make sure I left with my merchandise the cashiers were phenomenal they went above and beyond as well make sure they did not leave, any doubt and I had the rewards extra coupons and discounts added to my purchase. The extra rewards is amazing. I highly recommend that.

Horrible, the lady at the pharmacy was attending to the customers who were behind me and they didn't even attend to me. I left because I was very angry, and I needed that medicine.

This pharmacy in particular is one of those that offer the worst service, if you call they do not answer your calls, they transfer you where you did not ask and leave you in line for more than 30 minutes, also if you go in person the employees of the store and the pharmacy They have poor aptitude with customers, they are not suitable to work with customer service, they should take a customer service and human resources course, I called to find out if my prescription was scammed and I called all morning. They don't deserve to work at CVS.

The absolute worst CVS. The customer service is atrocious. You call the pharmacy multiple times and you can hear them pick up and then hang up on you.

If I could give zero stars to this place I would do it without a second thought, there are no words to describe the lack of respect of the store managers, they treat their employees and customers very badly as if they believe the big thing, the horrible attention should change the entire staff

I was looking for a hose for a CPAP machine. The first person that I spoke to in the pharmacy apparently didn't speak much English. She didn't even know what a CPAP machine was. I asked to speak to another person and she put me on hold. Noone ever answered. I hung up and called again. Same person. Back on hold , but someone finally answered. They don't have CPAP machines nor supplies.

We had a terrible experience at the pharmacy yesterday at around 7pm, apparently with the doctor. My mom was coming out of a complex foot surgery, and the doctor prescribed her pain medication (oxycondin being one of them). With a terrible attitude she looked at the prescription and said she wouldn't give us the full amount, only three maximum, and that once she did so they'd keep the prescription and we wouldn't be able to have the rest filled. Knowing my mom had her insurance with that CVS pharmacy she rudely pointed in the direction of the Publix and Walgreens nearby, and told my aunt to go there then. Super unhelpful attitude lacking humanity and respect. I hope we don't have to go back there again, and not deal with her. Physical pain and stress are enougy as it is.

I would like to commend Danna at my local CVS. Her Customer Service skills and she was willing to assist me with all my needs in the store. She helped me with all my transactions and made my experience very pleasant. I never felt "RUSHED" whatsoever. Danna also helped me with my couponing experience, in which I am new and have always wanted to learn how to use my coupons at CVS but was never able to find someone to assist me. I will definitely be returning to this store. Its hard to find a person in a store these days that is willing to help !
