Vulnerability, I don't know English very well but vulnerability means that I am vulnerable now because I have COVID and there is nowhere to complain or explain anything at CVS I have a CVS in front of my house on the porch I receive my Medicaid and Medicaid medications at that pharmacy now I have COVID and they have had a prescription for more than two days that my doctor sent me for paxovid, a medication for COVID. I have called and called the Pharmacy to send it to me. I do not want to put myself or other people at risk. I am sick. I feel bad, the Pharmacy doesn't answer me, I left voice messages, which is what they ask me to, I spoke with a clerk named John, I gave my phone number to John, I told him I have my information there, I call the Pharmacy again, no one calls me, no one answers. and they don't send me the medicine I don't even have the strength to go one block from my house I'm in bed and with a fever I don't understand why they don't answer they don't send me the medicine and they are putting the risk that I go to that pharmacy with COVID they don't have anywhere to write either this is why I am writing to you here thank you gentlemen thank you Miami Fl 33130

At the pharmacy, TERRIBLE attention, I went to get my asthma medication and it took them more than 1 hour to deliver it to me and it was not complete. I didn't realize that when I canceled at the cashier and I got home and started calling to please give me an answer, maybe they forgot to enter it or what do I know... and I have made 13 unanswered calls and the only one they answered me they told me that they didn't speak Spanish and they hung up the phone RUDE, terrible service and when I went they answered me in Spanish they How horrible! There are many people looking for work, they should give the opportunity to those who have empathy and know how to deal with the public.

I had worked here for 5 years until 2017. I loved working here, and I miss a lot of the customers, but unfortunately, everyone I worked with is now gone. I had been back a few times, and I haven't been greeted once. I changed to a pharmacy closer to me because I didn't like the service of the employees working back there.
I had to use the restroom once, and the employees that night said it was closed, first saying that it was out of order and then saying that manager said to tell everyone that restrooms are closed after pharmacy closed. I know the tactic because of some late nighters trashing the restrooms, but I had to threaten to speak to the manager and district manager that I knew well before they let me use it.
To let everyone know about the shopping carts, that has always been an issue. It's not the issue of the store not having them. It's the issue of people stealing them. Yes. When you take the cart off store premises, out of the parking lot, that is stealing them. It costs the store lots of money to replace them. As a former employee, I know the inconvenience this is for the customer because I had to help many carry large packs of water, soda, and groceries to their car.

UPS pick up only despite web posting that says both drop and collect, the package area is unattended and there are packages everywhere in the designated area close to the check out line area, so you wait in an appreciable line to be advised that staff are well aware it is pick up only, staff pleasantly tell you manager apparently has voiced this is is because drop off is a hassle and so pick up only is the store manager's policy, said policy is "for corporate to find out and they ( corporate) can then correct the web info" rather than himself requisitioning corporate to fix the web info, which is probably the attitude that has resulted in this being the darkest poorly lit outright dirtiest CVS out of over 40 I have been in, feels something like a down market version of a small town Big Lots in a winter storm thats trying to rush to being shut down for code violations, maybe they are behind on the electicity payments as several ceiling lights were out, floor had not been cleaned in quite an era, needless to say this will not be a future CVS I use, altho the pharmacy area in back looked more kept up overall there are plenty nearby competitor stores including other CVS, and plenty other highly proficient UPS venues ( my previous favorite is gone while that block gets redeveloped but theres others very close), maybe this store needs a refresh or renovation sometime
