**DO NOT GO FOR PASSPORT PHOTOS IF NEEDED PROMPTLY!! The manager Joann is rude, the employees are lazy and incompetent. & the one that was trying to help the manager was rude to and ignored. If you’re in need of passport photos just go to the place downstairs from the Miami passport agency and save time. If the lighting is wrong they can’t get a photo. And get an attitude with you as if it’s your fault. It smells like feces in the store. Just go to another store if feasible.

It's a pity for the bad or lack of attention from the staff... they don't provide support in searching for products... I asked for help to acquire some products that were locked up and they didn't answer... the times I've gone it happens like this...

I stayed at the CitizenM for a few days, and I need some personal care items. I was planning on going to Walmart to get them. So you could imagine my surprise when I looked out the window and saw CVS. I was so elated. They had almost every little thing inside there. I got my juice, water, snacks, and personal items. I also was able to get some really cute souvenirs to bring back to NYC for my family.

The cashier that handles money gram and answers phones at this location is absolutely the best. She tells me to pay her 20 dollars and let's me get all the items I want for free. I love her she is actually on shift today 5:00 November 1, 2024

One cashier while 10+ people on line and both bathrooms were out of service. Worst CVS I’ve ever been in. Not sure how this place has 4 stars. Junk.
