I wouldn't recommend this CVS for the pharmacy because it's the worse. I sincerely think they need to replace the whole team that creates the orders or take information from customers, because they always find a way to give less information and I appreciate if they can all do more trainings only for men and women in the pharmacy section since they seem to not understand customer service at all even in spnaish they don't understand which is why, I'm giving one star.

The pharmacy is horrible. They often have problems with medications. My father is 95 years old and suffers from Alzheimer's, so I went three days in advance to get his medicine, they told me there was none, and that it wasn't my turn until Saturday, I returned and then they told me that the prescription was expired. So, with that peace of mind, and not that I had not asked about that medication, that he did not remember about it and that's it. So my father, with all his years, will simply be without medication until the doctor sends the refill, Something that could have been solved if, three days before, the worker told me that the prescription was expired. The phone service at the pharmacy is a shame, they don't answer and when someone shows up, the person who answers is always angry and makes you feel guilty about their personal problems, yells at you, doesn't answer your questions or responds with other information that you don't need. and immediately wants to hang up. The parking lot looks like a garbage dump, packs of rats prowling all over the gardens full of garbage / The telephone service at the pharmacy is a disgrace, they never answer, if you are lucky the person who answers is always angry and makes you feel responsible for her personal problems, she yells at you, does not answer your questions and immediately wants to hang up the call. The worst service! It is the second time I come that I meet the same person at the checkout and he always has a very unpleasant attitude towards serving, the first time I placed an order for pick up (only pick up) and when the “manager” arrived, yes that's what You can call him a manager, he tells me to wait in line as if I were buying in a store, something illogical, why when paying the app tells you a skip de line promotion. I gave him the suggestion since that's what his own brand says. Today I'm shopping here again, and I have to ask if someone can please open the downy for me. When the girl who is going to open it arrives, I tell her to let me smell the fragrance since these softeners have holes to squeeze so she can smell it on her own. He responded “it can't be opened” (bad attitude) and I eat (I'm not going to open it, it's just to smell through the holes); When I get to the cashier to pay, I get the same girl, but I see on the screen that the values of the things she is charging me do not match the prices I saw. When I tell her that, she just bats and says, “EVERYTHING IS APPLYING TO YOU.” THE EXTRAREWARDS ONCE YOU PUT THE NUMBER” rude plan and understand the capital letters in a bad tone, in that I tell him “if you don't feel like serving me, simply pass me on to another colleague who will attend to me and well, customer services is not your thing, I am a store manager, and honestly there are always things in the company, especially when you work at a discount that people don't understand, they pay you to explain and they create a distinctive seal for those you work for, if you know that you are having a bad day and You don't like serving people and helping them understand what they are paying, just look for another job that is not customer services, no, the lady was hitting the computer, and the manager supporting zero ways to help, really the worst service in anything It doesn't seem to be so complex here are photos so you know the gems that the CVS of this town has, I have only been treated well here once and it was with a lady who always carries lenses and today she was wearing a black sweeter. Otherwise, these two are a couple of rude, ill-mannered people.The two people in the photo are who I'm talking about.

This is the closest cvs near my house, and overall I always find everything I need, sometimes I need help finding products but the employees are always willing to help customers. Definitely coming back !!!

Great location and good looking store still pharmacy is always an issue, long lines, long wait, why can’t you have the proper staffing.. I mean is not rocket science to realize you need a better system and more staff… shm

I had an excellent experience with the pharmacist Mirilin at CVS. She was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and went above and beyond to help me with my medication-related concerns. The pharmacy here is painfully slow. Always such a long line and takes at least 30 minutes to get a prescription that was ready before arriving. Customer service also sucks

This is my second day coming to attempt to pick up my medication. Medications here are NEVER ready, the staff is either the slowest possible or extremely understaffed at all times. My medication was called in 3 days ago. I stood in line yesterday for 36 minutes without moving once, and then came today again, did the car like this time since there was no one in line at drive through and it’s taken me 27 minutes to get my medication with no line.

While I was in line for 15 minutes waiting to get a medication that son needs which they needed to have since a month ago and until now they have it ready the pharmacist tells me he can’t give it to me because they close at 5pm. Which I understand but if you see that I’m in like for 15 minutes why not say something . Disrespectful employees always the same thing they never want to work . They are useless .

Horrible CVS . Terrible customer service they lie to you on the phone and tell you they'll have your child's prescription transferred from Walgreens just to tell you a few days later that they never transferred anything ! To top it off good luck getting someone on the phone if you ever try to call them ! 1 In a million chance that they answer. For it to be cvs you would expect better quality people working lol. I've never had any issue with any other cvs or pharmacy period!
