Went here at 11Pm for allergy pills for my child and got attended by this rude guy at the register. Guy with low haircut, tattoos and piercing. All I wanted was to make my purchase and when I approached the register he rolled his eyes and I said hey good evening which he ignored. Then just stood there and didn’t even say thank you.
I’m sorry you work late hours but it’s a choice… customer service shouldn’t lack due to the time of day but maybe managers are ok with him being like this

Terrible service, I was embarrassed at the checkout because their system didn't allow me to use 2 cards for the purchase and the attendant was super rude, a skinny, tall guy. In addition, there was very little variety of products compared to other stores in the same chain. In general, the attendants seemed to be doing me a favor.

Endless lines, more than 30min wait in line and it is always like this. Ridiculous. Changing my pharmacy today. Don’t even try!

This CVS pharmacy is terrible. They never have the medications you need. The pharmacy staff does not speak english. There is always a problem with this pharmacy.

I didn't like the customer service, I asked a worker about a product, but since I didn't listen well, she responded rudely with the line number. It seems that they forget that clients are part of supporting the payment of their salary. I don't know if they give them customer service training, but if they really care about us as such, they should take it into account.
I hope that this situation really changes, since I told some friends and they told me that something similar happened to them and that really prevents one from returning to the store more frequently.

Our family had an extremely disappointing experience with the pharmacy staff at this CVS today. The way they handled the situation not only lacked professionalism but also made an already stressful situation even worse.
To be clear, this review is solely about the pharmacy staff, not the store employees.
After our child’s doctor prescribed medication, we went to pick it up, only to be told that half of the prescribed medicines were out of stock. We simply asked if they could check other nearby CVS locations for availability. Instead of offering any assistance, the employee at the drive-thru dismissively responded, “That’s not my job. You can call yourself and ask around.” Shocked by the lack of basic customer service, we asked for clarification, and they doubled down on that response.
What’s even more frustrating is that at other CVS locations, we’ve had pharmacists—actual doctors—who went out of their way to help find medications elsewhere. So how is it that a trained professional can assist, but this employee flat-out refused to help?
It gets worse. We called the store and were told to speak with the pharmacy manager. When we explained the situation, the person on the phone refused & hung up on us. That is completely unprofessional and childish.
This experience was beyond frustrating. You’d expect more awareness and empathy from pharmacy staff—after all, they are handling people’s health and well-being. But instead, we were met with dismissiveness, rudeness, and zero accountability.
We will never return to this location, and I’d caution others about their lack of customer care.

They have a variety of products, tidy organized and well stocked, good prices.
There are few ATMs which makes it take a long time in line. The staff is attentive.

Would give zero if I could. I've been standing in the pharmacy line for 45 minutes and there are 3 employees only one of which checking people out. I get that everyone has a job to do but when there are busy times others need to step up and help. There are 15 people if not more behind me and 3 in front. Horrible customer service. I watched a young woman in glasses who is bagging the prescriptions throw prescriptions in a bin. So unprofessional. Don't use as your pharmacy.

Just ordered on Doordash and they had the bath soaps locked up. The staff had no key in order for my dasher to get some soap. 😒

The place as such is very pleasant, beautiful and organized but the pharmacy is always full, many people waiting, they take too long to serve.
