When checking out at the self checkout the cashier was watching us instead of checking out people…. I reminded him to stop watching me so hard and to check out the customers who were waiting to checkout….. trust me I’m not stealing Dramamine!

The worst service and experience that I have received at a CVS, their employees have a horrible attitude, I have just had surgery and I needed help finding a medication and even though I asked them for help, none of them had the empathy to help, they are a pharmacy they work with health and the public cannot have such an unpleasant attitude with their customers, without us they do not eat or pay rent

My review is for the pharmacy exclusively, it is a disaster, only the man who says his name is Cris, who is on the medication delivery side, has no communication at all, very unpleasant. However, the woman on the other side is excellent, she deserves 5 stars but you can't

Literally the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Aside from the awful customer service, an employee accused me of stealing with no proofs at all, which is a clear act of discrimination.

The worst customer service ever.
I am a crew member of Cruise Ship, and every time I am in Miami and need to buy some stuff, I go to CVC. But at this branch, all the employees are rude. From now on, I'll buy only at Walgreens.

Never pleasant to come here . They are always rude , and you have to push them to find your prescription, once they go to “another computer “ they find it . Awful . Will change pharmacy

If I can give negative stars I would. The pharmacy is the absolute worse. they don’t care about anyone prescriptions and lie straight to your face. Nothing is ever ready. You have to come back 5 times to get it.

The worst pharmacist. Lied about the address while I was standing right there and said my prescription was at another pharmacy. With the CVS app open saying this isn’t 200 Biscayne Blvd. Lazy and rude.
