They have the worst pharmacist. The employees who work at the pharmacy are super unfriendly and not helpful at all. I've been picking up my medications at this pharmacy for months, and yesterday I unfortunately didn't bring my ID. I had my ID on my cell phone. And the incompetent pharmacist didn't want to deliver my medication that I really needed and didn't do anything to help in this situation. He told me that I have to come back with my ID on my hands. He could have scanned my ID and I signed on it and given me my medication. A little patience and helping others never hurt anyone. but in this pharmacy they don't care about anyone .This is the last time I enter this pharmacy.

The customer service at this store is horrible and racist. It is unacceptable to been in America and be waited on by these rude Latino customers service people who hardly speak English .Clearly by other reviews this is common.i went to purchase some over the counter drugs with my insurance card. Only the self check was available. With a Latino customer service person name Jon to help if there was any problems. I ran my items through twice and it wouldn’t take the card. This is a common problem on self check out. I ask Jon to assist me. His attitude was far from customer service friendly, like I was inconveniencing him to ask for help. He ran my item through again and it didn’t work. I ask it there someone working the register to ring it up.He proceeded to tell me it was the same system and the items weren’t part of my insurance plan. At this point I went around the store looking for another customer service person and ran into Elena. I told her what was happening and did she have a supervisor. She stated Jon was the supervisor! She took me and my item to the front register and rang it with my insurance card and it worked with no problems . Please explain how she is not the manager and Jon is. Her customer service was excellent! He doesn’t know the store system and he is in charge? Elena was a black woman clearly more qualified but Jon is supervising her? This happens to often in Miami and we are sick of this anti black racism by Latinos here!

I recently went to this CVS on Tuesday January 30th , 2024 at around 4:30-5:00pm I encountered this Cuban lady with glasses in the front that was very rude and had a very hostile behavior. She asked me to go through my bags I have no idea what for.. I went to a couple of stores before coming to this store to buy some cleaning items for my house and some lotion for myself.. she made meFeel very uncomfortable and unsafe .. I don’t think she should be in the front of the store working with people with customer service. What a disgusting Cuban lady she was .. made me feel like I was stealing. Terrible representation for CVS , specially in front of the store.

Gift Card SCAM beware.So, here's what went down. I grabbed a $200 gift card from CVS for my friend's birthday. But guess what? When she opened it today, four numbers on the front were nowhere to be found, and the barcode on the back looked like it had been scratched off. I paid with cash, so there's no receipt to bail me out. It's pretty shady – either someone at the store is pulling a fast one, or maybe Vanilla, the gift card company, is up to some tricks.

Excellent customer service while we were shopping. The supervisor helped us register and have discount cards in a few minutes. We are very grateful.

The location is wrong you need to update the location I have been walking for almost an hour because the location is wrong, the people from the store told me that this always happens to everybody, so why Isn’t this issue being fix ?
