Very bad service, they have 5 or 6 in the back and just 1 dealing with clients in the front, yes they talk a lot…and they can’t help when you ask for your refill in advance when you are doing a trip…Publix 157 and sunset is much better and better client attention. My insurance is forcing me to go to CVS, I will transfer my medication to a different one.

I am extremely satisfied with the employees and management of CVS at 157 Avenue and 88th Street, Miami, FL . They are honest and helpful. Recently I left my wallet at CVS and immediately it was placed in a safe place for me until I returned to the store that night to see if I had left it there. Staff is courteous and respectful, store is free of clutter.

Rude pharmacist when calling about a prescription, she sent me to a different store because they don't have the meds I need, she was very rude and disconnected the call, less than a 2 minute talk and she was completely arrogant all the way, I believe these people don't have a proper training in how to be polite or treat others...

horrible service by one of the employees. No attention to the customers and looked really upset.
I understand we all have bad days but it is his job to give good customer service no matter what.

Super disappointed with the pharmacy. People that work in that pharmacy are the worse I need my insurance to go back to walgreens never had a problem with them. CVS Young people are not educated at all kids employees don't even know how to answer a phone. And the manager is worse. They just need to close their doors. Terrible team. Had surgery and needed to get antibiotics , .y doctor called it in his secretary called left a voice mail and nothing they said they didn't received it. Had to wait untill the other day with an infection on my foot hopefully the *LATE ANTIBIOTICS* BECAUSE OF THE PHARMACY* WILL WORK* HORRIBLE VERY VERY BAD PHARMACY

Horrible experience I walked in didn’t know they were closing still had a client there and when I’m looking for the product. this Colombian/venezuelan lady come up to me telling me to go pay bc they are closed and I still haven’t found my product and she keeps telling me if I haven’t found it to leave because they are closing practically kicked me out of the store when I wasn’t even there for 3 minutes never buying there again.

I regret to say that my experience with this CVS Pharmacy was extremely disappointing. The customer service was appalling, and it was by far the worst pharmacy encounter I've ever had.

Very disappointed in the pharmacy team here. My 85 year old father was in hospital the night before and doctor called in pain meds. The pharmacy did not open until 10 am. When I got there at 1025 they explained they were not a 24 hr pharmacy so order was not ready. I explained that my father was in lots of pain and needed the meds. They told me to wait 30 minutes. I told them I was going to run an errand and be back please have ready. My father called because of pain so I went home to check on him. I went back an hour and fifteen minutes later and prescription was still not ready, incredible!! I had to wait another 15 minutes. They just don’t care at this pharmacy
