Dreadful, probably the worst shopping experience I have had in the U.S. The aisles are crowded together so tightly that one shopping cart cannot pass another. This means a line builds up when someone is looking at the shelves and cannot make up their mind about what to buy. Only one check stand open. It took an abominably long time to buy just a few items. To me, prices didn't seem to be any lower than other stores--like a normal CVS--that are less crowded and provide faster service.

A few days ago I wrote a review on Navarro at 13250 Biscayne Blvd. Well, my opinion has since changed. What a difference when you're working with good reliable, professional staff. The clerk who was there on my last visit was a disaster and rude. Today I had an excellent polite and courteous clerk, met the Pharmacist who is also very professional and helpful, and informative.. Things were running in an organized fashion, everybody had masks on. Sometimes one "bad" clerk can give you a negative opinion of a place. What a difference! I will be staying with Navarro

This is a good place for cheap cleaning products that are not name brand. the only problem is they have specials that are cheap and they are out of a lot of things. The isles are pretty tight though i can't get around too easy in this place. Sometimes it takes a while to pay though becauze they only gots one register open . I just like it here it is cheap compared to a CVS or Walgreens. I think you can even use coupons.

Honestly, this is the fanciest that a Navarro will ever be. I needed a few hinges for the house and a bottle of wine. I was in the area and didn't feel like waiting until later to fulfill my errands so I searched nearby and found this location making me giddy in all ways. Parking was probably the smoothest part of the process. Zero stress... Of course, I picked up extra items like my favorite Jesus candles aside from the toilet paper, dish soap, cutips, conditioner, and espresso that I needed. I love that they make everything extra fancy inside. There's plenty of Hispanic items sold here for a nominal price making it a bargain to flock here for some needed goods. Plus, they always have the Violetas in stock. The checkout process was super easy and the store wasn't packed at all. I almost missed it had I not put the address in my GPS beforehand. Last minute cafetera? They have options. Basically, it's a place for winners.
