Just spoke to the manager she says we are not as customers allowed to use the restroom because homeless people destroy the bathroom so I will no longer be shopping at the CVS because the restrooms are supposed to be for customers and she won’t allow a customer to use the restroom… You should Correct this it’s illegal to not allow customers to use the restroom

Months ago I made a purchase of two Giff cards from Amazon, it was the worst purchase of my life because I was scammed. One card was worth $80 and the other was worth $100, since the $100 card never worked in the Amazon app and said it had already been used. I complained by calling customer service, I complained to both companies, and I had no answers. It makes me sad because I am a loyal CVS customer and it is a shame to have such a bad relationship now, since I feel cheated. Time passed and I had not been able to do the review. But it doesn't seem fair to me to be scammed. And at least the rest of your clients know it. They stole my money. Nobody gave it back to me, nobody apologized to me, nobody explained it to me. It's not fair. If the cards are damaged or do not work or are not secure, it is your job to supervise that, it is not up to the customer to experiment if they work or not. And to validate my reservation I leave the photo of what was the worst purchase of my life. Thank you very much for the terrible service!!! You can call me or write to me, you have a record of more than 6 calls, so I'll pay attention.

The store manager is unprofessional. I had to make a return item and she said not possible for the policy. I been to another shop and they allowed that. Be professional next time for your career. You can lose customers!

Went to Sb on vacation 4 months ago Oct. To make it short, someone in Miami (i suppose thats when it was discovered) scanned my credit card and my bank had to block it and barely let me pull out cash before. Hardly any hotel would accept cash! My last night there, i was supposed to extend my stay and no credit card! Someone at a hotel was nice enough to tell me that at a drugstore I could do a GIFT CARD and they would accept it as a credit card! Sweet I thought I was out of luck! Well I went to this store and inquired a couple (just perhaps 2) questions to the supervisor (name stars with R) about the card, as I never done this before. Then he said 'you know there is a lot of fraud on these cards'. I said yea I know. I then went to put the card back to get another as I realized the card had a limit on it and I needed more money on it. The supervsr went to look where I put the card back and I was thinking ok thats interesting but anyway. I grabbed another and went to pay for it. Then he said I was acting suspicious and I wouldn't be able to PURCHASE the card, and that I could go somewhere else and purchase it. I asked how, and was confused, and expressed that I was just like wow. Didn't explain it, just said I was! I almost had to sleep on the beach with my bag on my last night in Miami! I went to get it at another store (Walgreens), and the glue ripped off the numbers! I would have to request an investigation to get my money bak later! At this point, I was almost out of physical cash! Luckily, I worked out something with a hotel, but this was terrible.. I know u cn get your drugs from here but consider other places when you think about customer service look other places not far away!
