My glaucoma eye drops....I spoke with a knowledge and nice pharmicist ('Fi' a male) who was very respectful rather than the (rude female) who insisted I should have not run out of my eye drops if I used them correctly. She also did not have my 'new' prescription I presented when ordering my eye drops but chose to refill an OLD prescription from my primary physician. I am 82 years old and may miss my eye and have to redo but have NEVER had my eye drops run dry and been policed as to why! The female needs to take lessons from this male on how to speak to people. Mistakes are acceptable....rudeness is not.

Very rude pharmacist questioning why I'm using too many glaucoma eye drops!! Missing my eye is not acceptable? I don't care for this type of interrogation when my drops are gone 3 days before I'm allowed to refill... this is a FIRST! Not the pharmacy you want in case you need to have a conversation. The drops keep my eye pressure down so I don't go blind. I don't feel comfortable getting eye drops from someone that angry.

The folks behind the pharmacy counter are professional and very friendly. They are helpful in unexpected ways like knowing my name and those of my family members. Both Heather and Donetta are outstanding brand ambassadors for CVS in our community.

I love this CVS location. The store is nice and organized. They seem fulled stocked on cold remedies, beauty and household items. The staff is helpful and genuine, especially the pharmacy staff they are absolutely amazing in getting medications ready for pick up (expediting) it for their customers. Now this is my favorite CVS location in Miami. Loved it so much, I changed it to my permanent pharmacy location. Thank you CVS across the Falls Shopping for providing such a positive experience. You guys are phenomenal!!!

This CVS is right across The Falls mall. I come to this location often and the staff is always professional and helpful. Their inventory is not extensive but what they do carry is great quality. Not only that, they always have specials and promotions.Anthony was working when I came for some wine and he did not hesitate to assist me. He was pleasant and made the transaction seamless.

Did not contact me to inform they do not have the medic8ne on the prescruption sent by the doctor and I needed it on the day of pick up. They had 7 days to inform... They said \\\"Oh well, we just didnt do it\\\"

The staff here is just rude! In this store, there is NO such thing as customer service. Hey staff, listen up, if you hate your job, get the EFF out! And to the manager, you're incompetent and should be fired. I'm not looking for unicorns and rainbows but some common human decency and courtesy would be nice. We will never go to this store for anything again.

What is happening with CVS now a days?? The customer service has been terrible at several locations I've been to. This location is another one to add to the list. I went to pick up a prescription and the older lady that helped me was so rude. First, she couldn't find the prescription, telling me over and over that there was nothing and with an attitude. After 10 min of looking in the computer, she walks away, doesn't say anything and 2 min later a young girl calls out my name with the prescription. This girl was just as bad, she seemed bothered that I was presenting my coupons as she was scanning my items and rushing through my purchase. After I paid, I looked at my receipt and noticed one of the coupons 30% off was not applied. Her back was to me while she was arranging prescriptions and I said to her, "excuse me?", she looks over as I was asking her about the coupon and she turns her face back around to where she's not looking at me anymore and says "I don't know, go see a mgr", never looking at me. I went to the front of the store and the cashier was worse (an older lady with an accent) I tried explaining to her what happened and if she could check it for me. She literally snapped at me with an awful tone in her voice and said "WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO"? I just had enough and I left the store. I didn't want to stay a minute longer and having to deal with asking for the mgr, waiting for the mgr, explaining everything I just went through with the staff and for what? So that the mgr can sweep it under the rug. My time and sanity is more important than a 30% coupon.
