Today 4/9/24 I went to Navarros to purchase 3 cans of Baby formula. When I got to the lane to purchase there was only 2 cashiers. At 1030 pm that is understood. However both cashiers were busy assisting one customer with 4 shopping carts filled with merchandise. A manager should have used common sense and allowed one cashier to be available for the other customers which at that time were 6 including me. So they realized people were getting frustrated waiting for over 20 mins. And they called some lady in the back Namida. So these two men are in front of me they are having their purchase wrung up, and half way through the purchase decide to leave the register with the cashier to the back of the store to continue shopping while other customers are waiting. They took over 5 minutes snd when he returned he found it amusing that everyone was frustrated waiting so he laughed. I told him you should have done your shopping before you come to the line so that others don't have to wait for you. NAMIDA GETS INVOLVED RATHER THEN WORK AND MIND HER BUSINESS CAUSE SHE SHOULD NOT HAVE LEFT THE REGISTER UNATTENDED TO GO SHOP WITH A CUSTOMER. NOR ENCOURAGE THE MAN TO ARGUE WITH ME THEN SHE SAYS OH YOU NEED TO HAVE PATIENCE CAUSE I HAVE PATIENCE FOR ALL OF YOU. I COULD CLOSE THE REGISTER AND GO BACK TO FINISH DOING MY OTHER WORK. MAKING IT SEEM AS THOUGH SHE WAS DOING THE CUSTOMERS A FAVOR. SO WHEN SHE FINISHES RINGING HIM UP TAKING HER TIME. SHE TELLS ME NOW YOU HAVE TO WAIT AGAIN CAUSE HIS FRIEND NOW NEEDS MY HELP AND IM GOING TO CLOSE THE REGISTER TO GO HELP HIM. NOW YOU WILL WAIT AGAIN. SHE LEFT LAUGHING CAUSE SHE WAS FLIRTING WITH THESE MEN AND HAD NO CONCERN THAT SHE WAS LEAVING THE REGISTER UNATTENDED WITH NOW 6 OTHER CUSTOMERS WAITING BEHIND ME. I LEFT THE ITEMS I WAITED 35MINUTES TO PURCHASE AND WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS STORE. I HAVE LIVED IN CORAL GABLES FOR OVER 40 YEARS AND NEVER ENCOUNTERED SUCH TACKY DISREGARD FOR THE VERY PATRONS THAT PRIVIDE YOU A PAYCHECK. THIS IS PRECISELY WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE VOLUME OF IMMIGRANTS THAT COME HERE AND HAVE NO SENSE OF PROFESIONAL ETHICS AND HAVE TOTAL DISREGARD FOR POLICIES AND BASIC MANNERS. THIS STORE NEEDS TO ADDRESS THE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM WITH THIS NASTY NAMIDA LADY AND TELL HER TO GO FLIRT AT A BAR NOT AT WORK!!!

I love that this place is 24 hours 7 days a week. I have never seen it close. Not even on holidays so you can always stop by to buy whatever you missed in that grocery shopping or for a midnight craving. I don’t recommend doing a whole shop here since is more expensive than any regular store

This review is not for the store but for the online system This week I have not been able to see the weekly online magazine. I don't know if they permanently removed the option or if it's a mistake. The fact is that since 2020, when the flyers stopped arriving in my mailbox, this one is wonderful for me because every Wednesday morning, I check the offers of the week without having to go to the store for the flyer but I have been there for two days trying in vain. The magazine is not on the website, the option disappeared!!! It is a great disappointment and I find this treatment of Navarro's loyal lifelong customers very unfair.

Pharmacy has been decadent in customer service. There was a mistake in my prescription that I haven't noticed, I guess the male "supervisor" was very rude. Changing my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

This place is labeled as cvs and it is, but most of their staff don’t know that! They also like to demean you for wanting to speak English instead of Spanish. Go figure! In America! Belka was particularly poorly equipped to handle customers as when asked for the manager to help (seeing as she didn’t have the brain power to understand price matching) she called a guy who was not working that day who decided to enjoy his free time at his place of employment. Said guy also didn’t understand basic math or customer service skills and walked away. Then, at long last, the on duty manager came and within moments resolved my issue! Imagine that! So no, I do not recommend Navarro pharmacy. The only discount is in the cashiers’ brain function and customer satisfaction.
