I came with my husband to see if there was a way to solve our problem with the crocs that we ordered online. When my husband went to speak up she immediately shut him down and didn't even let him finish his complaint. She's the manager (Sonnia) and didn't have the decency to act like one even when her fellow co-workers were right in front of her. Not only was she being rude to her customers but wasn't being a role model to those lower.

When I popped in just to browse I was immediately greeted by Aby. She was very sweet and patient with me and she helped me pick out some crocs and charms I was happy with. I thought it was going to be a long process, but she was very efficient. Will definitely be coming back again for more crocs!
