The worst service I have had with Crocs, the cashier Sonia, that the company's policies do not allow changes, that she must make a return to be able to change the size of the sandal, now if she were nice everything would change, if you want to have a bad experience understand here. It's so incredible that I made the purchase online and I couldn't exchange it, then a man came right behind me and told him that I needed to exchange other Crocs and I didn't have the receipt and he did it with the ID and I told him what the difference is. which was online, meaning that the online Crocs is not the same as the store, truly, in fact I had to lose my purchase because I couldn't exchange it and the other one I had to pay more because I had to make another transaction

Disgusting service! They didn't want to give me a refund, 25 minutes after I made the purchase! I left them the product and left! Take videos as proof!
