I love this place to get my car washed! Prices are amazing, the people who wash my car have always done such an amazing job that my car basically looks detailed! They're so kind and sweet and really take the time to care for your car! I always bring cash as well for tips!

I took my Toyota Camry for wash andf ull cleaning also wax. pay 80.00 dollars give 20 tip. After Get home inspect the car and was a big deep scrath on the front, where they buffered the car! damage my paint, I went to talk to ownerssaid I am a liar!! I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. They damage my car for 100 bix.

The owner here saved us after being scammed with another U-Haul authorized dealer. We called the shop and he told us there was a truck available but we need to reserve it ASAP IF we wanted it. We did so and it was there, Ready and clean!! Great customer service from Ken the manager and owner and also such a clean welcoming environment. If it wasn't so far from where I live I would get my car washed here all the time.

I had used this business in the past, from Groupon, without issue. But today, at 10:30 am, I was told to use my Groupon, I now had to make an appointment. This is not what the Groupon mandates. Nowhere in the fine print does it say that. And I was the only person waiting. The employee told me the owner, from Orlando mandates the appointments. ..really?I have called there on other occasions to check on availability to come in, and no one answers the telephone. So how does one make an appointment?,Crisp and Clean, you're a Princeton local business, how about you stop the nonsense.

Waited over a hour for a truck pick up I scheduled a U hual but no one was in the office. I checked the hours of operation and it said until 8 pm. I left to go back the following morning and the front desk said its already rented. How? They said they cant do anything about it. Then I asked if i can get my car wash while i am there they said they are not open yet. They were rude and there is no management Im never going back to this place and I dont recommend it.

Called several times about my Groupon but no one answer then I drove by the place and no one is there. There were a bunch of men smoking in the front. No one offered me help. I tried getting my money back but no luck. Very unprofessional

A once great carwash turned terrible. I recently moved back into the Cutler Bay area my car needed a full detail I have been calling the business but they don’t pick up. I drove by no one greeted me and when they acknowledged me the person outside was rude. They use to be friendly and professional.

Owner has been detailing my car for about a year. There is a major difference using Crisp and clean and a drive through car wash. You can continue to use drive through car washes, but you are ruining your paint job and will have to repaint your car every few years.Services: Car waxing

NEW MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE. A Once Great carwash with great customer service has turned into a poorly ran car wash. The bigger round bald guy who runs the place is absolutely horrible. Rude, doesn't care about any body's time. Don't go here

Today the car wash is malfunctioning, it’s a Bad look because this place is new! I spent about 30 mins trying to get my car a simple wash! At the End the guy says- the dryer is not working after the 2nd time of me going through, and then he says they have towels at the free vacuums??♀️ I just left with my wet car. The car is clean though!

The worst hand car was in Miami and the worst customer service too!! Bad attitude, smoking while "cleaning" the cars, took forever because 3 or 4 smoke breaks, after more than 30 minutes the car was soaked inside with car scents (did not want any scent) and the dashboard and inside doors never were cleaned. Avoid this place, take your car to the closest gas station and pay way less for a better service!!!DESERVES 0 STARS... DO NOT GO TO CRISP AND CLEAN.Paid and full + tip... No grupon.
