“I’d like to recognize & thank Juan Carlos Brito. I had visited this branch to close an account that I opened in 1984. I was upset that I was being charged $10 monthly maintenance fees for an account that had been dormant for the past year with a balance less than $300. He explained to me if I made one minimum deposit of 1 cent per year, he could waive those fees and encouraged me to keep it open. He explained that an account in good standing of 40 years has financial clout especially when needing a loan. I agreed and decided to keep it open and he credited my account $30 from those fees and I kept it opened. I had multiple car loans over the years at this CU and it made good sense. Juan’s professionalism and negotiation skills won me over. I was pleased & very satisfied with the outcome. Thank You.”

After maybe six months after me sending my direct deposit there, I was approved for a auto loan and a unsecured credit card at very good interest rates.
