Rooms are a bit small but still have all the necessities. Staff is super helpful. Location is great. Dolphin Mall is a short walk away and a lot of other amenities are close by.

Everyone raves about how great of a location it’s in, but no one mentions how subpar the rooms and service is. Won’t be staying here again.Rooms: Very old and didn’t give off a “clean” feeling. Lots of spots everywhere in tub and room.Nearby activities: Easy access to a lot of shops and stores right in the “backyard” of hotelFood & drinks: There’s no review of the bistro, but I’ll say it’s 2/10

The location is great with lots of shopping and restaurants just a stone’s throw at Dolphin Mall.The room was very spacious, clean and updated. It was also very quiet and the blackout drapes and comfortable bed allowed for a nice sleep in and restful night.The front desk staff was very professional, courteous and friendly. Eduardo was particularly pleasant and easily facilitated a late check out for us.I would definitely recommend.

We spoke to Zuleika Alicea about getting a corporate rate for our small business and she busted out with a 50-room night minimum! How cocky and arrogant? Yet, you advertise left and right. What a great way to turn away business.

Excellent Marriott Courtyard.This hotel is 3 minutes across the car park from the dolphin mall, the only Dolphin Mall hotel actually in the mall compound.Good lounge area, very pleasant pool.Service is great, I specifically thank Eduardo "Eddy" who obviously enjoys his job and really helped us on our visit.Our second visit here, and we will return.Rooms: Basic Marriott Courtyard room with fridge, microwave, and coffee maker.Very clean.Nearby activities: Just walk to the Mall, 3 minutes across the car park

Eduardo was the star of this experience. Although all the other employees I came across at Dolphin Mall Marriott were very helpful, Eduardo goes beyond the call of duty. I had a stressful tech problem and he helped me until we figured out the solution. Always with a smile and encouraging throughout the whole process, I am grateful I stayed here because he is an exemplary employee and a personable hardworking person who helped me while helping a very busy front desk. He was patient with all my requests and with those he came into contact. .5 stars plus for service especially his congeniality, kindness, professionalism and adaptability. He is an asset to Marriott and wonderful to those he serves. ??

Stayed at this Courtyard for 3 nights. Overall, had a very pleasant stay but did experience some inconveniences. The fire alarm went off on the 5th floor one afternoon and took several minutes to be turned off. I had to vacate the room and wait in the lobby with my baby while they tried to fix it. The location is great, just across the parking lot from Dolphin Mall which has good food options (large food court, and several chain restaurants). Front desk staff were mostly helpful and friendly. F&B credit was offered as a welcome amenity for Marriott Bonvoy elite members, and the breakfast options at the hotel restaurant were the basics, but they were good. Antoinette who serviced the restaurant was super friendly and helpful with our orders. Rooms were clean, but the pillows were uncomfortable (they felt very light and cheap). The pool is nice, especially in the late afternoon when the palm provide some shade. Overall, just what you'd expect from a Courtyard - good value, good service, nothing fancy, meets the need.

Its just across the Dolphin mall, so it's perfect for shopping the whole day and just walk 5 min to get some rest.

Absolutely loved this location! Stayed two nights before our cruise and would definitely stay here again. The beds are so comfortable and the rooms are great. All staff were nice and courteous. Eduardo did a great job of taking care of us. With it being in the mall parking lot, parking is awesome and it has great proximity to top restaurants. The noise level was very quiet, as well. Highly recommend staying here!

A typical Marriott property, location in regards to the mall is spectacular. Bonus: it has a scale for luggage… just to make sure you don’t run into problems going back home.
