Don't like they way I got treated, it is like they don't care about you. The last person spoke with me was David at the tire center. It's a shame that Cotco employees don't appreciate customers.

In my opinion they need better technical preparation, they could not remove the nuts from my f150, I had to do it when I got home and for me it was not difficult at all, the supervisor (David) did not make the effort to resolve the situation, no I will return to this place nor do I recommend it

If you have several mouths to feed in your house then odds are you have or know someone that has a Costco membership. Regardless of which day or what hour parking is hectic. You are guaranteed to spend at least two hours shopping and even if the intent is to buy one thing you will walk out with a cartful (which might entail just two gallon buckets of ketchup #BecauseCostco). Regardless this Costco is always busy. Staff for the most part are friendly. Customer service is usually quick and they almost always have what I'm looking for outside of seasonal items. Their food court is usually on point. They crank you in and out as they should. $1.50 hot dog and soda combo always hits the spot especially as you question how a quick trip turned into $400. But hey, that's Costco!

I been going to Costco for the past 11 years, never had any issues until today. My wife has a membership card and my son does also, but I don't. I am with her when we shop there and I pay the bill with my card or chase every time . The clerk and the manager said to us, that I couldn't pay because I'm not a member. I been paying for the last 11 years. Even though she is a member I could not pay with cash or credit card. What is that about is the US fund not excepted or racism could be at play. How is it that this company policy does not stated such a ridiculous enforcement . Does it mean that we should not shop at Costco with our family because they do not have a membership card except one that has. Shame on you Costco your company should reevaluate your policies and procedures to better your company.

Tires came early and I was told I’d have no problem walking in if that happened but they didn’t actually have walk in available like they said. Instead I made an appointment on a not ideal day. They also are wildly inaccurate with timing. Don’t tell me it will be an 1-1:15 hours if it’s actually 3+ hours.

I’ve been but tires from Costco for the past ten years in three different States. Never had an issue. Recent I had a bad tire value which this location found and fixed at no charge. Appreciate the timely attention given to both me and my wife with our two cars.

I have never had luck in this place, the truth is they never solve any problem, the only solution they have for everything is to replace the rubber with a new one, I don't know why they say they provide punch service, that never happens, I really don't recommend it They don't give anyone the service they need

I am a huge fan of Costco. I should have read the reviews before I go to this tire center. What a bad experience. The reviews are all correct. Everything is problematic there. Some staff, like David, are very rude. Need to hire right people.

One of the worst tire center you’ll ever go to. Everything from customer service to resolution of the problem is problematic at this location. Choose other tire centers over this.

Not cool that this location is telling me a 14 year member that all of the sudden the self pay is for 20 times or less now. (BTW no sign indicates that) So Now I have to stand in the Loooooong Super slow lanes??? Guest I'm not coming back to this one. What a joke that each location is making up rules cause they being lazy. Thanks for the inconvenience!!

It would be nice if you hired nice people who can help costumers to bring the batteries that you buy at Costco in and out because batteries are too heavy, no Que se hacen los que no pueden o no es su trabajo.
