I been going to Costco for the past 11 years, never had any issues until today. My wife has a membership card and my son does also, but I don't. I am with her when we shop there and I pay the bill with my card or chase every time . The clerk and the manager said to us, that I couldn't pay because I'm not a member. I been paying for the last 11 years. Even though she is a member I could not pay with cash or credit card. What is that about is the US fund not excepted or racism could be at play. How is it that this company policy does not stated such a ridiculous enforcement . Does it mean that we should not shop at Costco with our family because they do not have a membership card except one that has. Shame on you Costco your company should reevaluate your policies and procedures to better your company.

I had the worst experience at this Costco today. I was checking out with my husband who is on my membership as a family member and when I went to go pay they checked the credit card and Salavador my cashier immediately started giving me attitude about how that's not allowed. I pulled up my Costco account to show him that my husband who was standing right next to me with his ID was in fact on my account as a family member. Salvador and Ivette then started double teaming me telling me it's not allowed. He needs to have his own membership and I'm not allowed to use his credit card to pay. I kept trying to explain how he was on my account and this has never been an issue. They kept cutting me off and telling me "I wasn't listening" and Salavador even as far to say "shut up and listen." I was then told I need to go figure it out else where. The two of them were like sharks. My husband and I both served in the military and this was the most unprofessional behavior. I was baffled and immediately spoke with a supervisor who went to try to speak to Ivette and Salavador but told us they wouldn't let him speak and they said they were in the right to their own supervisor. So we went to the manager whose name is Christian. He was very kind and understanding and immediately came to rectify the situation. Christian is a great manager and I appreciate him taking the time to speak to me and inform me of what corrective actions were going to be taken. I will be coming here again under the leadership of Christian but something needs to be done with Ivette and Salavador in regard to their behavior and how the spoke to me at checkout. Thank you Christian for being so kind and listening so well.

If want a quick cheap lunch Cosco is the place. I went with a friend & we got (2) slices of pizza, a chicken bake, a hot dog comes with a soda & another soda for almost $11. The service is quick & the location is great close to work. Definitely coming back for lunch.

If you go on the weekend, prepare to take a couple hours. The store and parking lots are exceptionally crowded. Bumper-to-bumper carts in every aisle. The food court always has a huge crowd and very limited seating, although the staff works super quickly to get orders out so you're usually not waiting too long. Honestly, they might want to consider having limited entry times in the store to help mitigate the crowds and ease up the stress for the staff, especially in the food court. Otherwise, it's a pretty clean and well-maintained facility with friendly staff. And can never go wrong with the Costco staples like their $4.99 roasted chicken and $1.50 hot dog!

Honestly this is the worst of about 10 different Costco I've been too. This location is wayyy to crowded. The parking is a complete atrocity in the entire mall. There is not close to enough parking. If you don't get there super early the lines are really bad. Unfortunately this is the closest one to my house so I only shop online now rather then go here.

Hold on to your shopping carts, folks, because I have a rib-tickling tale to share about my recent escapade at everyone's favorite warehouse wonderland--Costco! Now, don't get me wrong, there were plenty of great deals to be found, but there were a few quirks that left me scratching my head and giggling uncontrollably.Let's start with the entrance, shall we? As I approached the door, ready to dive into a world of bulk-buying bliss, I encountered the gatekeeper of bargains--the person checking IDs. Now, call me a speed demon, but I swear this individual was operating at a pace that would make a snail look like Usain Bolt. With every painstakingly slow glance and meticulous scrutiny of each membership card, a traffic jam of shopping carts began to form behind me.I couldn't help but wonder: What are they so afraid of? Is there a secret club of super-sneaky shoppers trying to infiltrate the Costco kingdom? Perhaps they fear someone might slip in and buy an outrageous amount of stuff--oh, the horror! It felt like a scene straight out of a spy movie, with me being an unwitting participant in the slowest covert operation ever.Once inside, the maze of towering shelves and colossal quantities awaited. Ah, the bargains! Or so they claimed. Now, I must confess, the allure of huge sizes and unbeatable prices initially had me feeling like I had stumbled upon the shopping deal of a lifetime. But as I roamed the aisles, the reality began to sink in. Did I really need a 10-gallon tub of pickles or a 100-pack of toilet paper? Suddenly, the notion of "savings" felt a bit like an ironic joke. And let's not forget the inevitable waste that comes with buying in such massive quantities. Goodbye, frugality. Hello, landfill. So, dear reader, as I reflect on my Costco adventure, I can't help but question whether the membership is truly worth it. Yes, there are steals to be found, but there are also strange bottlenecks at the entrance and the temptation to hoard enough supplies to feed a small army. It's a world of contradictions, where time stands still at the ID check and shopping carts line up like they're waiting for the Costco version of the Indy 500.If you're up for a comical shopping journey filled with oversized products and a dash of perplexity, then by all means, join the Costco club. But if you value efficiency, minimal waste, and bargains that don't require a separate storage unit, you might want to think twice. As for me, I'll be over here, chuckling in the checkout line, questioning the true meaning of "savings" in the land of colossal containers and leisurely ID checks.

(BTW no sign indicates that) So Now I have to stand in the Loooooong Super slow lanes??? Guest I'm not coming back to this one. What a joke that each location is making up rules cause they being lazy. Thanks for the inconvenience!!

This is my local Costco in South Florida--I frequent it about once a month. It is clean, well-maintained, and very well stocked. The customer service has always been very kind and helpful with my returns and questions. The food sampling is back and there are always multiple options! The cafeteria produces the classics in a timely manner and I have always enjoyed all items without fault. The new self-checkout lanes are a great addition to this store. There is also a liquor section right outside the main entrance.
