I don’t know much about bikes and for weeks tried to find a way to use my bike trainer. Long story short, I came here and they helped me! It was a quick release change I needed and other shops seemed clueless over the phone. Owner was confident it would work and it did. Good service!

I had two trips to Coral Way bike shops today. On the first time around I walked out with the wrong item. It always sucks to go back and try to swap out part that you already had partially installed. I worked with Ramon who was a real gentleman and made sure my bike was fixed properly.

Came in for a quick repair on my Bontrager pump. It took them 5 minutes to have me out the door. This is great bike shop. Keep delivering great customer service.

Brought my bike here for assembly. Seemed like a good deal at only $60, granted I had already assembled most of it from the box but figured it would be good to have the pros do everything right. After they assembled it, I noticed a couple of my gears made a clicking sound. So I brought it back to them to to check it again. The owner of the store told me if you want perfection you need to get a more expensive bike... Very rude. It's a brand new bike with compenents the same or better than what he sells at his store, should not make a clicking sound unless it wasn't assembled correctly by them.

I searched Miami for the right place to take my Gary Fisher for after reading good reviews and it turns out they were absolutely correct! The bike was fixed correctly and finished incredibly fast! Plus, they were nice, a rare find in Miami! If you need knowledgeable friendly service on any kind of bike you should go here! They also have a large selection of road bikes, mountain bikes, E bikes, etc. This is the place! J. Carlos Benito DDS

Dishonest and unprofessional service. One of the staff was very kind, the others were not. I have purchased lights from this shop before and I assumed the terrible attitude at the time was a one off. I purchased a rear rack for my bicycle, it took 40 minutes to install. 20 minutes into my wait I asked if everything was all right and was ignored, despite being the only customer, and the entire staff being in the back. Upon leaving I noticed my rear tire was rubbing against the frame and my brakes were gripping my the tire.
I found they had cranked my rear wheel down and played with the set of my wheel to sell me a rack that does not really fit my bicycle.
I would not recommend trusting this establishment with your bicycle.

They charge you a lot and they don't know how to change a tire and remove the puncture from the wheel, they just fixed it for me and I already have it flat again

I used to always take my bike to a small shop that unfortunately closed. The owner of that shop recommended Ishmael at Coral Way Bike Shop when I needed a new wheel after 2 of my rear spokes on my ancient bike broke. The breaks had also been giving me issues. Ishmael's team took care of both issues quickly and my bike rides so nicely now! I thought the pricing was very fair. Because of the good service I received I recommended this shop to my mom who also had a great experience here recently when she was having issues with her gears and a few other minor issues. This is not really a hold-your-hand kind of shop, so if that's what you're looking for, perhaps go elsewhere. However, I got great service for a reasonable cost, and for that, I'll certainly be back.

I came here to get one bicycle tuned and another assembled. Ismael and his crew were very professional and offered me a great deal. The work was done in a couple of hours, both bikes turned out perfectly, and from now on, I won't take my bikes anywhere else!

Very historic store in Miami on Coral Way, glad to see they're still around. I miss the old yellow sing. Brought my road bike for a tune-up & a wash. Bike was ready on the same day. Brakes weren't over tightened, derailers shifting smoothly, my rear carbon fiber alloy rim wasn't an issue to work on, tire tread facing correct direction, bike was clean & shiny, & no excessive dressing. It was a pleasure coming here, they'll treat you & your bike with respect. I didn't detect any rudeness like what I'm reading in the comments. I mean, in general, mom n' pop stores aren't the place to go to get treated like a big baby the way you can expect like at corporate chain stores. Bought some gloves since I don't like buying online if I can buy it at a store. Don't buy online guys, cinder-block n' mortar stores need our business for accessories too so we can keep them in business. If you can't speak Spanish, don't worry, they speak English here. A language that has been lost in this great city & one of the few businesses in the area that still do. Very competitive price. I think most shops are charging at least a $100 for a tune-up & a wash.
