I have been buying from the family for over 45 years. That span includes everything from high school prom gifts to a reworking of my wife's engagement ring. They are friendly and sincere. All other comments to the contrary are ridiculous.

Extremely unprofessional and rude with people. I don't understand one thing, if someone is incompetent or not capable of handling business for whatsoever reason.. Why let them interact with customers.. It's a waste of time.. Wouldn't recommend to anybody. There are so many better options in Miami. Going for continental should be your last choice.

If I could give this negative stars I would. Extremely rude and defensive. Guy lost it as we started asking questions about the diamond specs, saying we were not professionals and we should take his word for it. I do not recommend going here.

Great quality, and great customer service! I was recommended to Simon and Continental Jewelers through a close friend while living in Kentucky, Simon and his staff walked me through the engagement ring process and picked out a ring that my fiancé loved.
I was reluctant to buy a ring in Miami while being located in KY but Simon and his staff quickly put my nerves at ease with their frequent status updates and always ensuring all of my request were filled. This was a very personable engagement ring buying experience. To my own fault, I gave the wrong size for the ring, when I told Simon he had me send the ring back, received it on a Monday afternoon and had it back to our house on Wednesday morning because we told him we would like to have it in time for an engagement party! I definitely will be coming back here for future jewelry needs.

Simon is the best. When we were shopping for an engagement ring, I wanted something that didn't look like it came from a catalog. Found it here. Simon had custom made a ring that I fell in love with. When it came time for our wedding, he created another custom piece so the two rings look like one without linking them together. I can actual wear my wedding alone. We only shop here

Tucked away in the Seybold Building in Miami, this jeweler boasts a modest storefront belying the high level of expertise held by those who run it. I had a number of questions relating to the craft, and was treated to a very generous discussion. All of my questions were answered, and even though I didn't purchase anything (and stated that I had no intent to do so early on in our conversation), they were happy to show me their inventory and spend quite a bit of time (perhaps an hour?) with me. In a business that has its share of aggressive salespeople, Continental Jewelers provided a refreshing dose of friendliness and honesty to a self-described window-shopper. I hope to be able to purchase from them in the future!

This is a family business that has an established clientele for a reason: great quality and selection. VERY reasonable prices. (Note they, also carry a wide selection of Rolex watches and also carry Cartier love bracelets). My engagement ring was bought here, my parents just purchased a wedding gift for me there, and I will be back to purchase the wedding bands. My engagement ring was designed and made on site and I get compliments constantly.
